just been detailed. The Tollycraft's where called the Cadillac of
yachts by Ed Monk and also the 44 CPMY was one of Tollycraft's most
popular models. These vessel are well-made and are known for there room
and there ride. Nice interior layout that has 2 Cabins, 2 Heads, Salon,
Galley is down and a Convertible dinette table. She has a lower Helm
and a deck door. The vessel is powered by twin 3116 Caterpillar 300hp
and has a 8kw Onan genset w/soft sound shield under cockpit sole.

44 TOLLYCRAFT WALK THRU
Court Dismissed has Two
boarding options: there are boarding gates midship starboard with deck
door and port. There is also the swim platform with a ladder up to the
full width sundeck. From the sundeck its a few steps up to the flybridge
with excellent visibility for and aft. Back down to the sundeck on the
port side is the companionway to the salon, Forward is the lower helm
and deck door to starboard. Centerline steps down to a u-shaped galley
to port and full size dinette to starboard. Just forward is the guest
stateroom with ensuite head. Walking aft the entrance to the master is
to port featuring centerline queen and ensuite head w/separate shower.
Access to the engine room is thru panel in the salon or from the steps
in the galley.
Accommodations
Court Dismissed has 2
cabins, a master and v-berth, both with ensuite heads. The dinette in
the galley is a convertible table. A sleeper sofa in the salon offers a
4th sleeping option.
Salon
Access to the salon is
thru either the deck door or the port companionway. The salon has a
lower helm, excellent storage, large windows allow natural lighting to
give a larger than is feeling. To port there is a breakfast bar
overlooking the galley. Flat screen TV is mounted under this bar.
Galley
The galley is down and to
port. There is good storage in cabinets and drawers, A Norcold
refrigerator/freezer with AC/DC functions, Princess 3 burner cook top,
Sharp convection microwave, Mariner trash compactor, Teak flooring,
storage under galley sole and under bench seat of dinette.
Dining
there are two available
dining options, to starboard is a full size booth style dinette table
and there is also a breakfast bar over looking the galley. In the salon
there is a small teak table that could also be used for dining.
Master Stateroom
The entrance to the
Master is aft to port. It features sleep number queen bed, reading
lights, storage, hanging lockers and a ensuite head with separate
shower, vac-u-flush toliet.
GUEST STATEROOM
The Guest Stateroom is
forward and is a V-berth configuration, storage under the berth, hanging
locker , ensuite wet head, Vac-u- flush toilet system, access to chain
locker and privacy door
FLYBRIDGE
Flybridge access is from
the sundeck. there is excellent visibility, Bimini top with isinglass
enclosure, two Pompanette Helm seats, center line helm and controls.
L-shaped bench seat to starboard with storage under seats.
Sundeck
The full width sundeck is
covered by a fiberglass hardtop. Its open with railing's on all sides.
On centerline there are steps leading down to a 4' cockpit with
Lazarette that houses the 8kw Onan genset along with storage. Access to
rudder post and autopilot rams are there also. Forward of the sundeck
both starboard and port there are walk ways with railing's to the bow.
ELECTRONICS FLYBRIDGE
The flybridge is
well equipped as follows: Garmin 2010 color, Furuno Radar, Simrad AP22
autopilot, Icom VHF, Ritchie compass, Horizon depth, Horizon speed,
covers for all electronics.
Lower helm electronics: Garmin GPS 182C, Icom VHF, Ritchie compass, Horizon depth, Horizon speed.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Central vacuum system,
Forced heating system, Aqua Air condition systems with digtal control
panels, Six 6-volt marine batteries in covered boxes, Engine starter
battery, Micro Commander for transmission has own battery, MMC
fly-by-wire, 50 amp shore power connector, Marinco shore power cord,

they are controlled by single lever MicroCommander shifter at both lower
and upper helm.

COMMENTS
Court Dismissed had some damage which has all been repaired during Hurricane Irma:
1) Bow Pulpit Rails where damaged
2) Anchor Roller was replaced
3) Port Bow freeboard area had cosmetic damage
4) Port Rub Rail damaged
5) Port Hull mid-ship had cosmetic damage
