Overview

This Tollycraft has received several significant custom upgrades - - The flybridge is 3/4 enclosed with fiberglass top and windows on three sides (the aft side has EZ2CY windows (canvas frame) on tracks).  The cockpit was extended approximately 5' and the hull extended under the swim platform - - allowing for extra fuel, gas tank for tender, bait tanks, extra storage, and a great cockpit space for all activities.  The salon has been highly customized to include the removal of the original entertainment cabinet, installation of a new relocated entertainment cabinet with hi-lo TV, custom hardwood flooring (including galley and pilothouse), custom sofa, and a custom teak table.

The equipment list is equally impressive and the overall condition shows pride of ownership.

As soon as you enter through the double teak doors from the cockpit you realize this is a special Tollycraft.  The salon has been highly customized - - the original entertainment cabinet and desk have been removed - - a custom entertainment cabinet with hi-lo TV has been installed port side, a very large custom leather sofa with hide-a-bed is now on the starboard side with a true dining table (custom teak table with stainless bases).  Custom hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and Somfy electric blinds round out the customization.  Just forward is the gourmet galley - - again updated with with granite countertops and hardwood flooring.  Opposite is a concealed wet bar and full height pantry.  Up a few steps is the spacious pilothouse with raised settee to starboard, port & starboard doors with Phantom screens, helm station with complete instrumentation, chart drawers, steps up to the flybridge and stairs leading down to the accommodations.  The landing at the base of the stairs has a Blomberg washer & dryer.  Aft is the large master stateroom and ensuite head.  Forward and to starboard is the guest stateroom with (2) single berths.  Forward is the VIP stateroom with a centerline double berth.  Both guest staterooms share a head with stall shower.

Stairs lead up from the pilothouse to the custom enclosed flybridge.  It features a fiberglass hardtop with headliner, lighting, and skylights - - enclosed (3) side with fiberglass frames and glass - - The aft side has the EZ2CY bonded windows on a track system.  Other features include (2) Leather Stidd helm seats, L-shaped settee to port and starboard, speakers, and windshield wipers.

The Tollycraft Pilothouse has one of the best galley arrangements in the industry - - large U-shaped galley with all of the appliances found at home plus a proper pantry opposite for abundant food storage along with galleyware.
