Overview

Mare is a wonderful cruiser and has lead quite an interesting life. At 75 years young, she is waiting for her next adventure. She was originally commissioned as a work boat for the U.S. Navy acting as a yard vessel hauling supplies and materials and when she completed her service with the military, she was ready to retiree and have some fun with her next owner. They traveled between Maine, Florida, along the ICW, the Caribbean and New England. With her current owner, she was used as a tender for a Grand Prix racing boat around RI, the Cape and Islands of MA.

The interior is a beautiful white with gleaming varnished wood trim and wood floors throughout the boat. She has a charming, spacious and bright forward cabin with a connecting private head and separate standing shower. The galley has an upright refrigerator, sink, two burner stove and plenty of cabinet storage. There is great storage throughout the boat and a large, below deck, hold under the aft work deck.

The pilot house is great for offshore weather or protected cruising. It has two sliding doors on both port and starboard and windows in all directions for good visibility. There is a large double berth as a daybed with pull out drawers underneath and a flip down TV housing for both the daybed and the main cabin.

The engine is a smooth running 2011 Cummins with low engine hours. There is easy access to the engine room via a large hatch in the pilot house.

She’s the one you have been waiting for and now she can be yours. A local cruiser, floating AirB&B, yacht club committee boat, or your new home.
