Vessel Overview

Carolina Gentleman is a great boat for fishing and cruising alike. She has a 2 stateroom 1 head layout making all of the spaces large and comfortable.  She is packed with creature comforts typically found on much larger yachts.  Her speed and sea keeping ability are unmatched for this sized convertible making your time on the water a memorable one. 

She features an upgraded Ultra Suede headliner, newer sofa, and rebedded salon windows.  

The port engine was overhauled 400 hours ago at that time the starboard engine was opened up and inspected the head and injectors replaced by RPM Diesel in Fort Lauderdale.

Accommodations

Salon:

The first thing you notice when you walk in the salon will be the beautiful teak finishes. She boats an upgraded headliner and a large built-in L-Shaped sofa with custom storage.   You will also find a new flat screen TV.

Galley:

The galley has a large STAINLESS fridge/freezer and microwave. The teak cabinetry offers plenty of storage for dry goods, flatware, pots, pans and glassware. The large counter is perfect for the 2 bar stools for a quick snack.  

Staterooms:

The port stateroom features a large over-under setup with plenty of storage for clothes and personal gear. This not just some small space for the kids but an actual stateroom your largest guests will find comfortable.

The master stateroom features a large island berth for 2 located centerline.  With cedar lined hanging lockers and a TV it makes the perfect place to retreat after a great day on the water. 

Head:

The full sized head is so a nice and spacious with a built-in sink and vacu-flush head. You will not find a larger shower on a boat this size and is complete with a seat.  You won't be bumping your elbows or head in here.

Laundry Room:

Plan on spending weeks at a time in the islands? No problem she has a washer dryer so you will always look your best.

Cockpit:

The cockpit is the perfect place to take in the view and relax.  Cockpit cushions have been added. She has a large tuna door, tackle center, chilled drink box, and stereo remote.  She even features a Glendenning shore power cable to keep things clean.  Additional features include a large in-deck fish box with macerator, outriggers, a live well, fresh and saltwater washdowns. 

Fly Bridge: 

The flybridge features 2 large bench seats in addition to the release helm seats.  The electronic control 6V92 DDEC engines push her along nicely at 29 mph. There is even a teaser reel mounted up here so the captain can control the action.

Electronics:  

  • 2 Icom VHF radios
  • Simrad touch screen plotter
  • AM/FM CD Player with Sirius

Engine Room:

The engine room is accessed via the cockpit for ease.  She has I-Beam engine supports to hold the Detroit Diesel DDEC engines. Space is well thought out with plenty of room to work on everything. The 8KW Onan generator offers more than enough power to run the boat.
