Easy Streett is a very well-maintained 44' Viking aft cabin motoryacht.  She had a major refit in 1998, so there are numerous upgrades.  She offers a 2 stateroom 2 head layout with an enclosed shower in the guest stateroom, sleeper sofa in the salon, large sundeck with deck furniture, hardtop on the flybridge and block heaters on the main engines.  she has been used as a weekend retreat by her seller and would make a great liveaboard.
