Walkthrough

SUNDECK

Entering the yacht from gates on the port or starboard side decks, the large sundeck is found two steps up to the aft and entered through inward swinging plexiglass doors. There is plenty of space available here for entertaining in this bright, airy and roomy section of the boat.

A storage cabinet/bar area is found on the forward bulkhead with a window above opening to the fly bridge. A washer/dryer is found in the cabinet?s starboard locker. A dock line storage rack is mounted on the starboard side of the cabinet, along with a 120 vac outlet.

A moveable bench seat is found along the port side, with a fire extinguisher mounted port-aft. Shore power, cable tv, telephone and house water connections, along with a 120 vac outlet, are located on the starboard side-aft.

At the stern on the port side a gate opens to a ladder leading to full beam swim platform w/swim ladder. A throwable life ring is mounted center-aft.

The sun deck is fully enclosed with solid lower panels, upper eisenglass curtains and a hard top with an overhead light. Hanging curtains can be extended across the stern, port and starboard sides to provide shade from the sun.

Forward on the starboard side, stairways lead to the salon below and the fly bridge above.

FLYBRIDGE:

Moving up to the flybridge on the starboard side, the center mounted helm is found immediately to port and features captain and 1st mate chairs. A settee runs the full length of the bridge fore and aft along the starbord side. A second forward facing settee is found in front of the helm. The flybridge offers 360 degree visibility and is fully enclosed with eisenglass curtains extending from a hard top.

A hard sided dinghy with low profile electric davit are mounted aft of the fly bridge on the sun deck hard top. 

SIDE DECKS & BOW:

The side decks and bow are enclosed by a stainless steel railing. There are two gates on the side decks, just forward of the sun deck. Stainless steel hand holds are mounted on the cabin side the length of the side decks. Stainless steel fender holders are mounted on the rail port and starboard. There is a pulpit at the bow, holding Fortress and CQR anchors. A Jack Staff is mounted forward on the pulpit railing. An electric windless is found at the foot of the pulpit. Two hatches are found along the center line of the foredeck. 

SALON:

Descending stairs from the sun deck to the main salon a Lazy Boy sofa is found to the port along the aft bulkhead, with a swivel chair on the starboard side. An entertainment center is located forward on the port side and includes a Sony stereo system and tv cable and power receptacles. There is a wet bar to starboard, with an ice maker and liquor cabinet. The electrical and generator control panels are located aft on the starboard side. Access to the aft stateroom is just aft of these panels. 120 vac outlets are found on the starboard side and at the entertainment center. Lighting is provided by two bulkhead mounted reading lights (starboard-side & aft bulkhead port-side) and four overhead mounted swivel lamps (two aft and two forward). The salon is carpeted and appointed with teak joinery and cabinets throughout. Wrapped on 3 sides by large windows, with blinds and curtains, the Salon enjoys fantastic views and plenty of light; that when combined with the open floorplan to the galley/dining area below, creates an expansive, bright, warm and welcoming interior.

DINING AREA:

Two steps down from the salon the dining area is found to port and features a large U-shaped seating area for up to seven, that features a custom built dining table which slides fore & aft for easy access to the settee. The arrangement coverts to a double berth. Light is provided by a port-side, bulkhead mounted lamp, while a fan is mounted on the forward bulkhead. A 120 vac outlet is found on the forward bulkhead, port-side. There is an opening port behind the settee. The teak joinery and cabinetry found throughout make this one of the most inviting areas of the yacht.

GALLEY:

The L shaped galley is found opposite the dining area on the starboard side, then extends to midship, which creates a separation from the salon. The galley features custom countertops & backsplash, teak cabinetry, a full size refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sink with hot and cold running water, garbage disposal and spray nozzle, 3 burner ceramic top stove/oven, and microwave oven. There are multiple cabinets and drawers for storage along with a large full size custom pantry. There is a center mounted overhead hatch between the dining area and galley.  

FORWARD STATEROOM:

The forward stateroom is entered from the galley area. It features a port side queen berth, with a small shelf extending the length of the berth. Along the starboard side teak cabinetry provides ample storage, with additional lockers and drawers found under the berth. Hanging rods have been installed over the berth. There is an overhead light and an opening hatch and two opening ports, port and starboard. A 120 vac outlet, air conditioning control, bulkhead mounted lamp and stereo speaker are all found on the starboard side. An additional bulkhead mounted lamp and stereo speaker are found on the port side. The door to the en-suite head is found aft on the port side next to a full length mirror. The decks are carpeted.

AFT STATEROOM:

The stair into the aft stateroom is found in the aft starboard corner of the salon. The full beam stateroom features a center mounted queen bed and an ensuite head. Teak cabinetry provides bed side tables and lockers along the port and starboard sides, with windows extending the length of the cabin above the lockers. A hanging locker is located on the starboard side forward. A full closet is found in the forward bulkhead, next to a full length mirror. Reading lamps are mounted on the aft bulhead above the bed, port and starboard, with a large opening hatch between them. Stereo speakers are found aft, port and starboard. The air conditioning control is on the starboard side. 120 vac outlets are located both port and starboard. The ensuite head is found forward, on the port side. The decks are carpeted.

AFT ENSUITE HEAD:

The ensuite head features a sink with hot & cold running water and mirror along the port side, with a shower opposite. The electric fresh water head is located forward. Storage cabinets are provided above and below the sink. A 120 vac outlet is located to the right of the sink, along with a holding tank fill level indicator.

FORWARD ENSUITE HEAD:

The forward head is on the port side in in-between dining area and forward cabin. It opens to both the galley and forward cabin, and includes an electric head to the right, followed by a sink with hot & cold running water center and a shower to the left. There is one opening port above the sink, with a mirror above the port. An overhead light is mounted above the sink. Storage cabinets are provided above and below the sink. A 120 vac outlet is located to the right of the sink

ENGINE ROOM:

The engine room accessed through hatch doors in the salon deck and contains the majority of the vessels electrical and mechanical systems.

Salon

The Salon is entered from the sun deck, four steps down via the starboard side companionway and features:
