Overview

The Viking 50' Convertible is the product of a perfectionist philosophy, which is evident in its superb user friendly layout and quality construction.  She offers a smooth, dry, stable ride, and outstanding propulsion efficiency.  The flybridge has a centerline helm for unobstructed visibility and a clear view of the cockpit. Mather single lever controls and hydraulic steering provide excellent maneuvering control. The cockpit is fully fish equipped.  The luxurious salon is sensibly laid out, with creature comforts and conveniences including a convertible L shaped lounge, a fully equipped entertainment center, and an L shaped dinette. The open galley is well equipped with an island counter.  The master stateroom and private head are located amidship for a smooth, quiet ride. The forward guest stateroom has a private access to the second head, which is also shared with the port stateroom. She is beautiful. Come check her out at our docks in Hampton, VA.

Deck Description

This magnificently maintained Viking features the popular single lever controls with the helm pod style. There are (2) Release marine teak helm chairs and a custom storage locker below the forward L-shaped bench seat is ample storage, with New cushions 2013. Three sided EZ2CY enclosure and regular rear enclosure. The large cockpit features a custom teak deck & covering boards with coamings, a Release Marine Large Teak Tuna Chair; transom door w/ gate; tackle center with top loading freezer, drink box, and drawers. There are also stereo speakers concealed under the coverboards. The RYBO style short bow combined with the deletion of the factory bow rail complete and clean and custom profile.

Accommodations Walk-Through

This popular layout features 3 staterooms and 2 full heads. The salon features a large ultra leather L-shaped sofa to port with storage below and ottoman with storage. Carpet throughout (new spring 2014) with canvas runners. The large galley features corian counter tops, under counter forward facing Sub-zero refrigerator & freezer units, microwave,garbage disposal, and a 2 burner cook top. The L-shaped green ultra leather dinette is to starboard with storage below and includes a high gloss teak table. The television is concealed behind teak doors above the dinette area. The starboard sidebar conceals the entertainment center equipment and ships electrical panel.  Forward down the companionway to starboard is the master stateroom with pedestal queen berth w/drawers & storage below, a large hanging locker, storage in hullside bins, and (2) nightstands. A vanity w/lighted mirrors and storage is in the forward corner of the master w/ a built-in TV above. There is a ensuite head w/ stall shower as well. Port side stateroom features upper/lower berth arrangement with drawer storage below, and a hanging locker. The forward VIP stateroom features diagonal upper/lower berths, Color TV,hanging locker, drawer and bin storage. The forward stateroom features private access to the forward head w/ stall shower, which can also be accessed via the companionway. There is also a washer/dryer located in the companionway.
