Remarks

The ever popular 43 Viking Convertible is a very generous 2 stateroom single head 43 foot vessel with a full functional galley and open salon floor plan.  As a 1998 model, this 43 offers some of the later model features such as the extended aft flybridge overhang, no wiring harness step up on the flybridge, frameless salon windows and dripless shaft logs in the engine room.  The hull vents are powder coated and the fuel capacity expanded from 525 gallons to 600.  It’s a terrific family boat for the buyer that wants to get into a more modern day Viking well ahead of the older 45 and 48 Viking for a very attractive and reasonable price. It is extremely fuel efficient to operate with the 625 DDEC Detroit Diesels and provides a very respectable 28.5 to 30 knot cruise.  This 43 Viking Convertible has been rigorously maintained and updated as need be by its current owners. They have already set their sights on their next boat making this one aggressively for sale.
