THE VIPER WAS BUILT TO GO VERY FAST IN ALL KINDS OF SEA CONDITIONS. IT HAS BEEN SAID THAT IT WAS BUILT FOR A BRANCH OF THE US GOVERNMENT TO "CATCH THE BAD GUYS" I AM TRYING TO SUBSTANTIATE THIS BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO.

THERE ARE 4 FUEL TANKS AND TWO VERY HIGH OUTPUT HORSEPOWER GM GAS MOTORS. THE CUTTY CABIN HAS A TOILET AND AIR CONDITIONING.  AT ONE TIME THERE WAS A HARD TOP WITH SOME HIGH POWERED ELECTRONICS.
