Overview

Introducing MI ALMA a gorgeously updated and well maintained 58 West Bay currently located inside heated winter storage. Available for immediate purchase due to a change in owners plans.

Accommodations

This fine vessel will sleep up to six guests comfortably in three cabins with two heads. All the way forward in the forepeak is the chain locker followed by the VIP cabin with it’s pedestal  queen berth with very ample storage below. Next, and aft to port is the guest stateroom with over and under single berths. Opposite and to starboard is the guest head with enclosed stall shower. The full beam and very spacious MSR cabin is located further aft and is midships featuring a queen size berth and ensuite head. Also a laundry center. The pilothouse, dinette and galley are reached via a curved stairway to starboard. Following that is the full beam salon just a few steps down from the pilothouse level. Two swing open doors lead to the cockpit with it’s port side control station. The flybridge is above the salon with it’s center line helm station, side by side helm chairs followed by built –in bench style settee seating with storage below.

Broker's Comments

This 2004 58 Pilothouse was built in 2004 by the famed West Bay SonShip yard located in DELTA BC. The 58 itself was a very popular semi custom designed boat with almost 90 of them being produced. The 58’s have enjoyed good resale value over the years here in the Northwest.

Purchased in February of 2019, this three owner vessel is being offered for sale due to change in owners plans. She underwent a very rigorous and through inspection by one of the most diligent surveyors this broker  has worked with. Upon her arrival in Seattle MI Alma was delivered to a service center where each and every survey finding was corrected.

Currently, MI Alma is being stored in Anacortes inside a heated storage building and can be  boarded for viewing with 24 hours notice.
