New to market, a beautiful yacht which benefited from a extensive interior refit in 2015 as well as systems upgrades throughout during the same period.  Lowest hour 40 meter Westport available with only 2560 hours and transferable engine warranty, fully ABS classed and kept immaculate.  Raised Mahogany interior with attractive updated stonework and custom furnishings.  This is only a preliminary listing.  Photography was just taken early November 2017.

ALICE'S RESTAURANT provides accommodations for up to ten guests in five spacious staterooms. The master stateroom is located forward on the main deck and features a king-sized berth, owner’s study and an elegant ensuite bath. Below are two VIP king staterooms and two twin berth staterooms, each with full entertainment equipment and ensuite bath.

Crew accommodations for up to eight are provided in four cabins, plus a crew lounge area.
