Key Features
With a strong tradition resulting from many years in the business, the 42-foot Austin Parker is built to the highest standards; comfortable and livable, yet also capable of achieving exciting performance levels. These features change the "lobster" concept, adapting it to modern yachting use, making it ideal for those in search of an exclusive and well-finished express cruiser. The boat cruises at 30 knots and at full throttle, can go as fast as 35 knots, performance that also makes the Austin Parker 42 a "Luxury Tender" or "Day Cruiser". The Hardtop creates a comfortable outdoor living room with the helm command on the starboard side, a sofa on the port, and an aisle with an offset dining table. The Galley is just aft of the helm on the starboard side.
The modern interior distinguishes itself with its impeccable quality and attention to detail. The salon is welcoming and spacious; fine wood paneling (with a choice of dark or light hardwood) is finished with water-based paints, flooring is made of large, chamfered wood panels, and all fabrics are top quality. If need be, the salon can be transformed into a second double bed, making it a boat that sleeps four. The Master Cabin is cozy and bright, located forward in the bow with two large wardrobes.

Aft deck
Symmentry and attention to detail are evident in the aft deck design. Teak decking is perfectly lined up all the way to the interior. Two hydraulic doors open to provide easy access to the swim platform and the hydraulic access ladder. Comfortable, high-quality chaise lounges fold up into chairs and create more room for entertaining. A tender can be stored in a large hatch under the deck.

Hull
The tender's planing hull is made of fiberglass and designed to cut smoothly through various Mediterranean sea conditions. The Austin Parker is completely at home in rough water.
The structural project of the hull has been carry out according to the R.I.Na. "Rules for the Classification of Pleasure Yachts" and has been also approved by R.I.Na.
Vinylester resin is used for lamination of the hull, deck and superstructure.
The lamination of the first three layers are hand laid while the other layers are laminated with infusion process. This kind of structure is extremely effective in preventing osmosis thanks to its chemical and physical characteristics. Based on this, Austin Parker is able to offer a 5 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST OSMOSIS.
High quality Balsa wood is used for hullsides, PVC for main deck and superstructure lamination.
Keel is a deep V with 15° aft deadrise. The shape of the cockpit has been designed to integrate a garage into the hull where it is possible to store a tender.
Galley
Outdoor Galley area means you can prepare food for your guests and not leave the fun! Enjoy the day's fishing successes in the fresh air at the large exterior dining table with unencumbered views. Additional seating on the wraparound settee provides room
for more guests and the dining table can be enlarged for meals or lowered to convert into a cocktail table as the sun goes down.

Salon
The comfortable, inviting Salon is made for entertaining with surprisingly thoughtful and functional design. The table is designed to fold and fit perfectly under the stairs for storage while underway. Be ready at any time for additional overnight guests as the salon can sleep two when you pop up the roll-away trundle style bed from under the sofa - transforming the sofa into a second double bed. Note that this boat can be ordered with a second cabin with two bunks.
A long drawer rolls out from underneath the other sofa to reveal lots of storage and a fantastic use of space. Under the television is a long drawer with built-in storage holding all the included high-end dishes, cutlery and glasses. You can be sure that every effort has been made in the design to eliminate any dead space and storage spaces are tucked away all over the boat.
