Hull, Deck and Superstructure

Molded fiberglass hull construction with teak cap rails and teak handholds. Molded fiberglass/balsa core deck construction with teak decking.  Mechanically fastened hull to deck joint with fiberglass bonding. Full keel with cutaway forefoot integrated into hull, internal ballast. Two deck house hatches, two Dorade vents with teak dorade blocks, eleven opening bronze-frame port lights ABYC H-03.4.25.6.  New double-pane, tempered glass installed in all port lights 2013.  1" stainless steel bow and stern rails.  ABYC H-41.6.1 Double 1/4" white plastic-coated lifelines with boarding gates. Seven through-hull fittings. Galley sink out - bronze; Head raw water and dead out - Marlon; Engine raw water - Bronze(with bronze strainer); water maker raw water pickup - Marlon; Head sink out - Bronze; Refer raw water in - Bronze. Bimini frame 1"" stainless steel tubing. Dodger is green sunbrella with 1" stainless steel handrail.


Layout

Aft cockpit with high combing and teak seating.  Thru a companion way you enter the salon, with a galley to port and a navigation station/pilot berth to starboard.  Moving forward are settees to starboard and port with a fold down centerline teak table.  Carosene heater mounted on the centerline bulkhead.  To starboard, one head with a hanging locker opposite to port.  Most forward is the V-berth with lockers, shelves, outboard and custom hinged hand crafted latex mattress.  Joinery and finish interior sole of teak and holly veneers, mahogany cabinetry. Lighting is 8 12V individual overhead fixtures. Under cabinet lighting in galley. Galley consists of double basin stainless steel sink Kenyon three-burner propane gimbaled stove and oven, new Frigoboat refer system installed 2013: 250B vertical bin evaporator, W50F compressor/condenser, Flo-jet self-priming sea water heat exchange pump. Magma propane grill located on aft stern rail.  Completely stocked galley. Ten pound propane cylinder located in aft cockpit under seat. Designated and well ventilated. Magnum grill located on aft stern rail. Custom designed wind vane Scanmar marine monitor.


Machinery

Yanmar 3 cylinder model 3YM30 serial number E05888 installed new in 2006 and very well maintained.  Currently less that 400 hours.  Ventilation blower, fresh water closed -loop heat exchanger, Kanzki KBW transmission, 1"stainless propeller shafts. Engine is designed for salt water operation.  Engine is located where companion way cover removed, all component parts, belts and filters are freely accessible for maintenance.  The propeller is 15" three blade bronze. Diesel fuel 35 gallon in a single tank under sole adjacent to galley, large access-service cover. New type approved fill pipe 2013. Ball type isolation valve. Tank drained scrubbed and polished 2013. Racor primary fuel filter with secondary engine filter. Baja multi-stage fuel filter.  


Rigging

Sloop cutter rig with painted aluminum mast and wooden boom, deck stepped.  Mast with compression post to keel.  Aluminum folding mast steps from house to masthead.  Standing rigging is 1X19 stainless steel wire with swage fittings.  Upper and mid shrouds 1/4" with Stalok fittings, back stay 1/4" forstay 5/16" lower shroud 1/4", whisker stays 1/4", chrome plated bronze turnbuckles.  Running rigging is sheets and halyards new in 2012-2013.  Winchard swivels-I stainless steel snaps hackles on all halyards.  Profurl jib furlingNC32. Winches are balow #23-26 (P&S) on cowling; Barlow #20 (P) on companionway; Barlow #15 (P&S) on companionway; Barlow #15 (3) on mast.  Internal and side gunwale chain plates, new 2005. Rebedded and new SS bolts 2013. Lee sails. New 2004. Main, staysail and furling Yankee of polyester woven tanbark Dacron, 6.4 oz. Lee radial head drifter with turtle bag and control snuffer.


Electronics

HF Tranceiver; ICOM MF/HF Marine transceiver, model ID-M710 RT, OCOM AT130 automatic antenna tuner. Shakespeare 5215-AIS VHF antenna combination mounted on top of mast. New 2012.  Raymarine AIS650 Transceiver. New 2012. Multi-function Raymarine e7D wide screen. New 2012. Charting software Navionics 908 Platinum+Caribbean & Bermuda chart package. New 2012 Raymarine 18 radar: HD digital radome. New 2012. Raymarine 200/50Hz bronze depth sounder through hull transducer with depth, speed and temperature. Installed with newe faring block 2012. VHF/FM Standard Horizon Explorer GX1600 25-watt marine transceiver with DCS. New 2012.


Electrical

D.C. System: (2) 12-volt house bank, new Feb 2014, (1) 12-volt wet AGM (starter), all located just port of engine compartment. Engine mounted alternator. Wiring is marine grade Ancore tinned copper.  All wiring is well routed and supported. Heart Interface Freedom 1500 inverter/charger located under nav station. Two (2) 75-watt Siemens solar panels mounted on stern rails.  Newmar galvanc isolator.  New port/starboard D.C. distribution buss wiring and distribution blocks installed 2013.

A.C. System: Marinco stainless steel 125V, 30-amp shore power outlet in starboard cockpit.  AC disbribution panel with breakers. Various AC outlets throughout vessel.  All outlets and AC distribution wiring replaced new 2013.  Inverter: Heart Interface inverter/charger. Ling 1000 control panel, XantrexFredom Basic Remote.

Propane shutoff: Fireboy - Zintex S-2A propane/CNG fume detector with solenoid valve control.


Tankage and Plumbing Systems

 Head: New Jabsco, manual flush toilet with Y-valve on dischare to type III holding tank with associated pump out on deck.  Stainless steel single basin with hot/cold plumbing fixtures. Shower basin drains to grey water sump.  Fresh water: Two 40-gallon stainless freshwater holding tanks located on either side under salon settees.  On deck filling ports.  Tanks scrubbed/polished in 2013.  Water heater: Seaward S650 electric/ heat exchanger water heater.  Bilge pumps:  Primary: Jabsco Model 36600 electric bilge pump. Backup: Whale, bronze body rebuilt 2013.


Anchoring/Ground Tackle

Anchors:  Primary: 30lb Bruce; secondary: 30lb Danforth. Kong SS anchor swivel on primary.  Rode:  200 feet, 3/8", new 2012, 150' nylon 3-strand backup rode.Snubber system:  Chain hooks, webbing slings, snubber lines to rig a single or double yolk system.  Windlass:  S-L Hyspeed double action lever windlass.  Double stainless steel bow roller assembly on bowsprit.  Need service.


Safety Systems

Completely stocked with USCG required safety equipment, including: throwable horseshoe PFD, visual distress signaling devices, fire extinguisher, sound producing devices, on-deck navigation(tricolor on mast) and at-anchor lighting systems, required placards, (2) West Marine off-shore automatic inflatable life vests with integral harness and multiple rearming kits.
