The Bavaria 30 is the smallest cruiser in a family of high-quality German built sailing vessels. It nevertheless is a voluminous boat that is built with the same quality that Bavaria Yachts have become known for world over. It is fitted with the optional high tech tandem keel with twin foils connected with an iron bulb. (see photos) Under power and sail it will turn on a dime. The 18 hp Volvo diesel drives the hull easily through the steepest chop. MEA is equipped with in-mast furling, all lines led aft to the cockpit, making it a great single handed or two person Chesapeake Bay cruiser. The modest draft (4"7") is Chesapeake ,ICW, and Caribbean friendly. It is truly an affordable, on-the- water retreat for a couple or a family. This Bavaria 30 is in excellent condition.  A detailed survey is available, describing all systems as well as the condition and equipment aboard. The Volvo diesel was recently serviced and ran flawlessly over the 5 hour relocation to Rock Hall, MD.
