CONSTRUCTION

Hull of hand-laid solid GRP (plastic based material consisting of fiberglass mixed with resin) bonded to a structural grid/hull liner of directional fiberglass/GRP for a strong, stiff, light composite. Vinylester hull barrier coat to resist osmotic blistering and zone-specific stitch mat laminates for specific increased strength optimization. Cored GRP sandwich construction on deck for stiffness, thermal and acoustic insulation and lighter weight, with solid fiberglass reinforcements in high load areas. Integral unidirectional GRP deck beams for added strength. Main bulkheads bonded 360° to the hull and deck for rigid torsional and compressive strength.

STANDING RIGGING

Anodized aluminum roller furling mast and boom. Fractional 9/10 anodized aluminum deck stepped mast standard w/mainsail furling system Twin aft swept spreader. Anodized aluminum boom w/outhaul car.
