This is a FRACTIONAL "ownership" offer (no title conveys). For a one time $300,000 investment, you get:
- 5 years of total use with 2.5 months per year personal use of yacht
- Annual maintenance after first year only $50,000 for local use (subject to additional charges for long distance cruising)**
- Prorated refund of purchase money if yacht conveys or no longer charters
- No maintenance worries... just pack and cruise!

OASIS has a Main Salon with light and with rich American Cherry Wood. The Salon features a large sofa with coffee table and 2 occasional chairs plus a large desk with chair. Equipped with a full entertainment center with 46” Sony pop-up TV, SAT TV, DVD, IPOD docking station, stereo system, the Salon is the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. There is an adjoining formal dining area with table seating for up to 8 guests. The walk-up Cherry wood bar has liquor storage in pull-out drawers, refrigerator, sink and icemaker. Forward of the main salon and dining area on the starboard side is a companionway with a day head. 

OASIS has a large spacious galley complete with highest quality commercial equipment including two ovens, two freezers, ample refrigeration, and bay window eating nook.

 OASIS can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 double cabins including a Master Stateroom located below decks Amidships. The Master Stateroom is full-width of the beam with a walk-around king-size bed. It features a starboard settee and port dressing table with twin walk-in cedar closets. There is also a built in mini-galley with Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator and freezer plus an entertainment center with 46” flat screen, DVD player, AM/FM stereo and IPOD dock. The master cabin has an his and her heads have showers. The Guest Staterooms located below deck aft each have a walk-around queen-size bed, en-suite head with shower, flat screen TV, DVD, AM/FM radio and IPOD docking station.  

 OASIS also has great outdoor areas to enjoy including an Aft Deck with table setting for 8 including lounge, refrigerator, icemaker, bar, outdoor 33” flat screen TV. The Swim platform below has a boarding ladder and shower. The Fly bridge features a Helm station, 3 seat sofa, island bench bar, large open space lounge seating and tables, Weber BBQ, refrigerator, icemaker, 2 reclining sun lounges, an outdoor 33” flat screen TV. There is an additional area on the Bow with a large bow cushion/sun bed for sun bathing forward.
