Walking up to M/Y VICTORY LANE you will notice a stark difference between herself and other Browards.

Starting on the bow she has fresh colorful varnish, and all the teak decks have been sanded and resealed. The paint has gone through an extensive brightening process and finished with a gleaming polish. Upon entering M/Y VICTORY LANE you notice a fresh bright interior designed by Yacht Next, with all new furniture, carpeting and padding, wallpaper, valances and re-upholstered chairs and cushions. Operating the audio visual components all around the vessel is a breeze with the new Control4 system with Ipad control and remotes. 

In the Main Salon the bright, clean silver and white upholstery makes the room feel large and open. The windows are large and low cut adding out-door lighting into the open floor plan. The salon dining table can sit eight guests comfortably with eight large re-padded and re-upholstered chairs. The salon entertainment system has been paired with a brand new 47” HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Ipod docking station, and auxiliary plug for other audio sources. Also a new custom built sectional couch, large sitting chair and a four person card table has been added making the main salon a comfortable area for multiple guests to congregate and enough comfortable seating for family movie night.

Upstairs in the Galley the flooring has been replaced with new sub-flooring and custom non-slip easy clean galley flooring. The hood vent has been completely re-built making sure no cooking odors escape the galley area. Also a custom reverse osmosis drinking water faucet has been installed. A large seating area accompanies the “country kitchen” style of this classic Broward with seating for 10. Forward of the galley is a unique feature of this Broward; a forward Cigar Bar area setup with a custom 50” HD TV, wine coolers, beverage refrigerators and an ice maker with seating at a large “L” shaped granite bar with bar stools, sink and all features of custom bar.   

On the Upper Deck the Sky Lounge area has a new custom 50” HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Playstation4 and custom built sectional couch with two large sitting chairs. A smaller bar setup with sink is enclosed in custom birds eye maple carpentry and granite countertops.

On the Upper Boat Deck and Fly Bridge you will see new cushions and upholstery, two 2014 Yamaha Waverunners with custom built rolling dollies and multiple flush deck eyes for personal configurations, three custom helm chairs and two new custom tension awnings perfect for hot days that can easily be taken down as desired. New Garmin navigation products have been added to the Fly Bridge station making it a safer process to navigate through the shallows of the Bahamas.

Moving forward to the Engine room, Crew Quarters and working spaces you will see all re-painted surfaces in the Lazarette, Bosun Locker, and deck storage areas with new white dry decking laid throughout. The Crews Quarters also has enough bunks for 6 crew with new mattresses, wallpaper, carpeting, and a convertible crew lounge/crew bunk arrangement plus two new Royal Flush marine toilets installed.

The engine room was freshened up with new Awlgrip paint and also has been brought up to date with a new 2200 gallon per day water maker,  new chilled water air condensing units plus a new LG washing machine and dryer. The main engines have been registered with CAT Concierge program and have been serviced and maintained by Pantropic Power of Fort Lauderdale with all services being brought up to date and kept to CAT Marine standards. A custom WiFi communications network was also installed on the vessel broadcasting strong marina supplied WiFi throughout the vessel and a private 3G network for internet while away from the dock.
