Overview

SEA BOUND exemplifies the timeless, classic look and feel that Burger is known for. Her butternut wood interior, carefully hand finished with raised panels, creates a soft and rich interior. She is open, uncluttered and very comfortable inside and out.

SEA BOUND is a beautiful Don O'Keefe designed Burger motor yacht originally built and delivered in 1996. Now, she is a new, timeless, traditional, classic but contemporary yacht that is striking inside and out. She still maintains all of her original light butternut woods and custom carpentry throughout.

From all aspects, SEA BOUND is now an almost new 2014 Burger Yacht. In 2014 she had not only a complete refit, but an almost total upgrade of all systems and an extensive exterior modernization. Sleeker and more purposeful, almost everything inside and outside has been replaced or totally upgraded to 2014 standards.

Vessel Walkthrough

Enter into the large aft deck through port and starboard boarding gates. The aft deck features a large aft settee plus a
large custom designed high gloss teak dining table with eight chairs. There are wing doors, enclosure curtains, flat panel TV and entertainment system, plus a built in Cruise Air system in 2 cabinets plus refrigerator and ice machine.

Enter the salon through a framed glass door with two matching glass panels and two 45º glass windows port and starboard for a panoramic view from inside.

In the salon there is a comfortable furniture grouping to port featuring a Lshaped sofa, occasional chairs, and a coffee table facing the view aft. To starboard is a built-in desk, 50" flat panel Samsung TV on a lift and storage cupboards leading up the starboard side to the formal dining area. The dining area is separated from the main salon by a granite topped buffet and features a custom designed burl oval dining table with eight rattan and leather chairs. There are silhouette blades throughout the salon. Full china service stores away in the forward bulkhead above a hidden refrigerator and icemaker. Forward in the salon are port and starboard sliding doors to the side decks. There is grey wool carpet throughout the main salon and tile inside the side door foyers. Forward on the port side is a day head and to starboard a side passageway leading forward past the raised pilothouse to the galley and den. There is a door between the wheelhouse and galley to ensure privacy.

The raised pilothouse provides a 180 degree view and has an Lshaped settee. On the starboard side of the pilothouse, a sliding hatch leads to the Flybridge. The flybridge, covered by a custom hardtop, has a curved console that provides a clear view of the instruments. To port, a large forward-facing settee for guests to ride. A centrally located service area has a refrigerator, freezer and icemaker as well as twin electric charcoal grills and a sink, all hidden beneath a Corian countertop. In the aft portion of the flybridge there are two Lshaped settees with triangle corner tables for entertaining. Further aft is the boat deck featuring a 17' Boston Whaler dinghy and 3000lb Nautical Structures davit.

Back inside, walking forward to starboard, you enter a spacious country kitchen featuring Silestone countertops, gourmet cooking equipment and great visibility outside. The galley is open to a new den/study featuring an Lshape lounge, 40" Samsung flat panel TV and built in table for entertaining and intimate dining. Forward and down from the galley leads to the captain, crew and crew lounge.

Back to the main salon is a stairway leading down to an elegant foyer for the owner and guest cabins. Forward is the full beam master cabin featuring a king-sized bed, his and her cedar lined walkin closets, a desk, abundant storage port and starboard, club chair and 40" Samsung flat panel TV. The master bath features a water closet, large shower with dual heads plus steam, a vanity with a French limestone countertop and two sinks.

Aft are the two equally proportioned guest staterooms. The port stateroom features a queen-sized bed, two cedar lined hanging lockers, with an en-suite head and shower. The starboard stateroom features twin beds, two cedar lined hanging lockers, with an en-suite head and tub/shower.
