This traditional Burger Yacht with rich walnut interior features three staterooms aft with two full heads and showers, plus crew quarters forward.
KATERINA's highlights include an updated galley with modern appliances and plenty of storage space, full-width stand-up engine room, walk-around side decks, updated electronics and entertainment system. Headliner replaced in 2005 .
Each of KATERINA's staterooms have also been updated with new wall coverings and soft goods, and are equipped with TVs & DVDs.
The Main Salon is aft of the galley on the main deck level and is paneled in satin finished black walnut. Access to the owner and guest staterooms below is from a stairway aft and to port.
The on-deck Galley is just aft of the pilothouse and was extensively updated in 1999 including a new teak & holly sole, new counter tops, appliances and cabinetry. The pantry was redesigned for increased storage capacity and easy access. A Sub-Zero refrigerator, with easy access lower freezer drawers, updated the refrigeration system.
The Master Stateroom is full-width, separated from the aft lazarette by a watertight bulkhead. A centerline queen berth is flanked by built-in oak bedside dressers. There are reading lights overhead, ample drawers plus his & hers hanging lockers. All of the built-ins are finished in satin varnished oak. The Master is complete with A/C controls and 32" Samsung TV (2012).
The ensuite Master Head has a Corian counter top with integral sink, marble flooring, lighting, toilet (new 2012) & shower.
Two identical Guest Staterooms are forward of the master, each with lower twin berths and a varnished oak-topped night table between the berths. Large drawers below each berth and hanging lockers provide ample storage. Each stateroom has a new 21" Sharp Flat Screen TV with built-in DVD player.
The shared Guest Head is to port with marble flooring, mirrors and lighting, sink, toilet (2012) and shower. Access to the head is from the port stateroom as well as the aft companionway. These staterooms share an air conditioning unit.
Located all the way forward and below, accessed through the pilothouse. There are two private sleeping quarters including a stateroom forward with a single berth, plenty of storage drawers and a hanging locker. The Captain's Stateroom is aft to port with a pull-out partition for privacy, wide and single berth with drawers. Opposite is a crew lounge with settee.
There is a shower in the forepeak; a head with toilet and sink to starboard opposite the forward berth. Crew Quarters are finished with oak paneling and trim. Air conditioning, phone, TV and sound system complete the area.
A watertight bulkhead door is aft for easy access to the stand-up, full-width Engine Room.
The Pilothouse is located forward on the Main Deck level and is full-width, finished with teak walls and teak parquet floor. Port & starboard side decks are accessed through sliding doors; the starboard door is screened for ventilation (without the bugs).
Electronics and navigation equipment, most of which were updated over recent years, have been mounted overhead or are in a raised console for easy viewing and access. Bench seat cushions were recovered in 2011. A Vino Temp 16-bottle wine cooler was added to the Pilothouse in 2010.
The Aft Deck is fully enclosed, with carpeting and air conditioning. Double clear Lexan doors lead into the Main Salon. Port and starboard clear Lexan wing doors lead to the side decks. There are windows port and starboard; three of the glass panels across the stern open.
Access to the swim platform below is through a gate in the aft rail. Bench seating across the stern faces a remote-controlled hi/lo teak table. A custom folding teak tabletop expands the table for dining. Two rattan chairs and two suede ottomans providing extra seating. There is a teak cabinet against the forward bulkhead that houses the 32" Samsung flat screen TV (2013) and surround-sound speaker system. Beverage center/wine cooler, Scotsman ice maker (2010), bar accessories and storage cabinets complete the aft deck conveniences.
Access to the fully equipped Flybridge is via stairs on the port side of the pilothouse with helm and companion seats.
Two built-in L-shaped bench seats for guests have storage underneath (new cushions 2010) and are separated by a cabinet support for the hinged radar mast. When the mast is lowered, overhead clearance is reduced to approximately 19'.
