“Best Team Too” is an outstanding classic Burger Motor Yacht with fly bridge. She has been very well kept with excellent maintenance history. She shows beautifully inside and out, used on a regular basis and is current on all service. She recently completed a trip from Isla Mujeres to Texas and has a fresh bottom job (7/15). This classic yacht is new to the market, seller is moving to a larger vessel which makes this Burger seriously for sale.
I have been aboard this vessel and can discuss in detail. All photos are current.
From the furthermost aft a carpeted owner’s cabin with ensuite head, built-in storage and beautiful panel woods, a corridor leads to the Cabin to port with a Queen sized bed, vanity, toilet and shower, and to starboard a laundry room with upright electric washer/dryer combo and storage for stores and cleaning supplies. At the forward end of the corridor, steps lead up to the main salon, with the engine room beneath. The main salon has a couch to starboard, chairs with ottomans to port, freestanding portable storage boxes and built in storage cabinetry on both sides and ends. There is a carpeted covered electric lift engine room access hatch. Forward and down steps and to port is a fully equipped and modernized galley with an insulated engine room access door. To starboard is a Oval Glass dinette. The galley is updated with all GE electric appliances including a four element electric smoke glass cooktop, designer countertops, stainless steel sink and refrigerator/freezer, second stainless steel freezer and microwave. Forward of the galley is a crew cabin with two bunk bed style berths to port, head and sink to starboard and a shower stall furthermost forward.
A carpeted starboard side stairway, from the main salon, leads first to the lower helm station with large bench seat, chart storage under and dashboard with full controls, instrumentation and electronics. There is an electrically opening center section window. After of the helm is a wooden U-Shaped bar with refrigerator and icemaker, stainless steel sink and generous storage. The Upper Salon, from the bar to the transom is carpeted (NEW 7/15), enclosed, air conditioned, with leather chairs/ottomans and bench seating around the rear perimeter. A transom door exits to the swim platform and aft stairs. Furthermost aft, below the floor is a large lazarette storage compartment with batteries and other equipment.
All interiors are mahogany and other wood, all varnished, with no water stains or damage. Curtains and carpets are in good condition.
The entire vessel is well equipped with an abundance of storage cabinets, drawers and closets, all clean, orderly and organized. (Survey report 2/15 DeHart)
