This popular CABO 45 Express sleeps 6 comfortably with a two-stateroom, single head layout.  Master stateroom is forward with a centerline queen, ample storage below, hanging locker, rod storage lockers port and starboard, access hatch overhead, flatscreen television and private access to head.  Directly aft to starboard is enclosed vac-u-flush head with holding tank and macerator pumpout, large stall shower, Corian countertops, storage, and access hatch overhead.  Across to port is the guest stateroom with over/under bunks, storage underneath, storage locker and access hatch overhead. Security Safe. All the way aft is the salon with a flatscreen television w/ BOSE Surround Sound, L-shaped settee to port with hide-a-bed and ample storage.  L-shaped galley is across to starboard.

Her owner cruises her most of the time at 1600 RPM.  Owner moved up to a larger yacht and is ready to sell this "Turn Key" fully fish-equipped CABO. Owner spent approximately $30,000 to have all systems including the MAN engines 1000 hour service and generator serviced at ACY.
