Overview
MY Indian is a displacement Explorer vessel built in steel and aluminum by Italian yard
Cantieri di Pesaro under its fortunate series Naumachos 82.
Enginereed by HydroTec and built to RINA standard, she’s a go-anywhere vessel which can
comfortably and safely cross the oceans as well as spend extended period of time out at sea
without the need to restock fuel and supplies.
She boasts an impressive 180 gross tonnage and can be registered under the 24 mt thresholds
although her length overall measures 25,5 mt. The volumes of MY Indian aren’t any similar to the
ones of a 25 mt though: the lower deck features one full beam owner cabin aft, one VIP cabin
forward and two guest cabins with a pulmann bed that take to 9 the number of total guests.
All cabins have en-suite bathrooms, generous spaces and more than 2 meters room height.
On main deck, a main salon is cleverly designed to offer both dining and lounge areas, the latter
particularly characterized by two facing sofà of different shapes. The service aboard proves to be
of the highest standards: chef can benefit of a galley whose size is unseen in yacht of this size.
The crew can rest and take time off in the generous dinette and crew quarters located forward
on main deck.
Owners who love al fresco dining and the joy of open air activities will love the design and
outfitting of the exterior areas: MY Indian offers a main deck cockpit with two facing structural
couch and two coffee tables; a main deck cockpit with a fully enclosable dining area, external
galley and raised sunbed; a sun deck with two additional aft sunbeds and a forward area that
can be fitted with free standing loungers.
The main engine is a heavy duty, professional use 700 hp Baudouin that can operate continuously
25.000 hours before its first revision. To date, with 4.800 hours, the engine is at 19% of his life
cycle. The engine tops 12 knots of maximum speed and offer a range 4.500 nm at cruising speed.
An additional take-me-home Nanni engine is equipped for further Owner reassurance and can
drive MY Indian at 6,5 ks of cruising speed.
MY Indian underwent two refitting since her delivery in 2008; details are provided in the last pages
Wof this brochure along with the list of works - included a RINA inspection and confirmation
of class - conducted in 2018.
