Overview

"Licketysplit" was designed and built by Capps Boatworks to be a practical and economical fishing machine! Built for the current private owner as an open bulkhead layout with a single C12 Caterpillar, providing an economical cruise of 25knots at 25 gallons/hour to fish the waters off of Hatteras. She has been hauled every winter to receive routine maintenance and is dropped back in every Spring. The owner has enjoyed her to the tune of 500 hours of fishing and is hoping the next owner will enjoy her as much as he did.

Overview

She is a single screw flybridge sportfish with an open back bulkhead. Bridge deck has bench seating, to port, and a sink, corian countertop area with Kenmore refrigerator and storage beneath it. Entrance to below decks area in the center.

There is a V-shaped berth all the way forward in the stateroom with overhead rod storage,  access to the anchor locker and storage locker and cabinets. There are also a pair of over/under bunks in the companionway. Aft of that is an area with corian countertops, convection/microwave oven and storage lockers and drawers and stereo system. Aft of that is a Raritan electric head, and CruisAir air conditioning control. The entire below deck area is painted out in white awlgrip, with corian countertops, simple but clean and practical!

Remarks

Licketysplit was designed and built by Capps Boatworks to be a practical and economical fishing machine! She is an excellent sea boat and will make you smile when you pull away from the fuel dock. She is a true cold molded Carolina beauty that will turn heads and raise fish wherever she goes!!
