Overview

Concession represents one of the best equipped and maintained 56 Voyagers available. With all annual service just completed (including, detailing, and engine fluids (2018) and a/c service) she is fully turn-key!  Annual and monthly maintenance checks are performed;  this yacht is owned by a recently retired airline pilot!  Recent upgrades include all new digital gauges (2017), new bridge Eisenglass (2017) and new powder coated fuel tanks..

Her equipment list is extensive and is topped by her optional Caterpillar C-12's at 715 HP each. Additionally, the list includes hydraulic swim platform, bow and stern thrusters, Inverter, stern and engine room cameras, dual Raymarine E series MFD's, 48 mi open array radar, Sea Tel satellite system, dual washer/dryer combo's, Jen Aire double grill, wetbar, ice maker on flybridge, Sub Zero drawer freezer and fridge in galley along with trash compactor, dish washer, microwave and double SS sink, Bose entertainment system, and more. The master stateroom is enormous with generous storage and lockers with separate head and tub/shower.

Concession has three staterooms, and two heads with a large air conditioned flybridge.  Owner is ready to move to a new mode of travel and Concession is seriously for sale.

Overview

Flybridge is enormous and includes hardtop with new Eisenglass enclosure, Air conditioning, wetbar, Jenn Aire double grill, ice maker, lots of storage, Clarion stereo with CD/Satellite radio, AC outlet, electronic helm seat, and seating for lots of guests. Aft area of flybridge has accommodation for life raft, tender, or toys (does not include davit – see hydraulic swim platform) and steps to cockpit. Helm includes bow and stern thruster controls, dual raymarine E-120 and E-80 multifunction displays, Autopilot, 48 mile open array radar, closed circuit TV for stern and engine areas, Raymarine VHF, Caterpillar electronic single lever controls, Sea Key system, Ritchie compass and Tri-data log.

The lower helm is located along the centerline and includes a large, comfortable captain’s chair with a large, L-shapped settee to port. Electronics include Dual Raymarine E-120 Multifunction displays, dual Icom IC504 VHF’s, Autopilot, dual search lights, bow and stern thruster controls, Richie compass, Tri-data log, closed circuit TV for stern and engine room cameras, Analog and digital gauges, electronic Caterpillar single lever controls with manual backup controls, and a pilothouse door to starboard.

Aft of the pilothouse on the starboard side is the electrical control panel with controls for the AC, DC, and inverter system. Also included in this area are storage drawers for manuals, flashlights, etc., an additional VHF, and entertainment controls.

Adjacent to panel to port is the large U-shaped galley with all of the comforts of home. Appliances include dual Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers, dual Sub-Zero freezer drawers, Braun trash compactor, dishwasher, double SS sink, Tappan microwave, and many stowage areas for provisioning.

Salon includes a reclining settee to starboard and huge U-shaped settee to port with dinette. The television and entertainment area is located along the aft bulkhead on the starboard side.

Forward of the helm, the accommodations include three staterooms and two heads. Down the steps to the port side, the master stateroom is situated amidships with an offset island Queen berth. Storage is as plentiful as any 56 foot yacht and includes two large cedar lined hanging lockers and drawers everywhere. Two stacked washer/dryer combos are stowed in a locker adjacent to the head and shower. The master head and shower are separated by a large vanity area and include a private head and private shower/tub. Moving forward the VIP head is situated to starboard. Adjacent to the head is the third stateroom with over/under bunks. The VIP stateroom is situated forward and includes a centerline Queen island berth. Private access to the head is provided at the starboard side of the stateroom. Stowage is provided with two cedar lined hanging lockers and drawers beneath the berth.

The cockpit includes stereo controls, and a transom seat for enjoying outdoor activities. The hydraulic swim platform makes swimming, diving, and launching or retrieving a tender a breeze. Additional outdoor seating is provided with a sunpad at the bow.

 

Engine and mechanical access is provided in the cockpit at the lazarette. Dual 50-amp cable masters make hooking up shore power very simple and provide plenty of power for all appliances aboard. All mechanical systems are easily accessible and the engine compartment received a full detail in late November 2010. The optional Cat power plants also received service at the same period.
