General

OLGA presents rare features, usually not found on raised pilothouse motor yachts, such as a large walk-around deck  and zero speed stabilization. These truly unique features will make any owner proud.  

A huge galley kitchen, finished with granite counter tops and a full eat-in informal dining area, allows for casual dining with family and friends. The formal dining area aft is spacious and accented with an architecturally raised ceiling. Elegant wall coverings and abundant lighting are used throughout OLGA’s interior creating a comfortable yet elegant dining experience.

OLGA offers a total of five owner/guest staterooms including a full beam owner’s stateroom, a separate VIP stateroom and three guest staterooms, additionally she has three dedicated crew cabins.  OLGA’s incredible headroom throughout gives her the feel of a much larger yacht. She has been well designed, well built and well maintained.

With a Cruising speed of 18 knots and a shallow draft of 6′4″ this yacht is ideal for cruising.

Exterior

Approaching OLGA by dock you will see her profile is clean and well proportioned.  The custom carbon fiber hard top works well with the exterior lines of the yacht.  She offers an updated, timeless look with all the features needed for cruising in comfort.  Looking at her from the aft end, she is symmetrical in design with a sweetheart staircase leading up from the swim platform to the aft deck.  Dive compressor hook-ups are incorporated into the vessel for ease of filling tanks, etc.  A custom stainless steel swim ladder was commissioned and is easily stowed, used to assist guests in and out of the water.  A watertight door leads info the engine room.

Aft Deck

Ascending the steps up to the aft deck you enter a spacious area with al fresco dining for ten.  Plenty of open deck space between the dining table and the Salon allow for spacious entertaining.  Well maintained teak decks.  Overhead with nice design, excellent headroom and ample lighting, speakers, and intercom speakers are included.  A wet bar with refrigerator/freezer and icemaker is located forward to port with bar storage underneath.

Main Salon

To enter through the well built and substantial glass door, push the touch panel located to starboard.  The door slides open and you enter the Salon where you will immediately appreciate the 26.5 beam and 7’ headroom of this yacht with her expansive room and beautiful interior design by Robin Rose.  Luxurious carpeting of beige hues with a subtle moss green leaf pattern compliments the room’s custom built cabinetry and tasteful furnishings in warm tones of beige, caramel, copper.  The Salon features large expansive windows with custom electric blinds, wrap around sofa, custom zebra wood coffee table.  The room feels intimate although incredibly spacious.  A 50” pup-up plasma screen is artfully concealed and blends in perfectly with the furnishings of the yacht and is positioned across from the plush, comfortable wrap around sofa.  Additional chairs, table and built-in cabinetry complete the Salon.  Coming through two custom crafted columns, you enter into a gorgeous formal dining salon with seating for ten.  Interior woods used include Sapele and Pomele mahogany throughout the vessel.

Dining

The Dining Salon has ample room for full service, and includes a wet bar again concealed in the custom joinery work.  Just past the Dining Salon to port, you come to the Day Head.  An important item to note on this yacht is regardless of the size of the room you enter, all have been perfectly executed with beautiful design and décor.

Port Side Companionway

Forward of the Dining Salon along the port side companion way is the Day Head.  Copper tone wall coverings embrace the custom marble and hardware utilized in the room.  Forward of the Day Head you next come to a well planned access space.  A small door incorporated into the design on the yacht.  Once you open the door you find a useful/functional air conditioned storage space of approximately 5’ x 8’ with 4.5 feet in height, this area houses the yacht’s emergency lighting system, electrical breaker boxes, Mircom fire alarm control system, Panasonic 8 EXT telephone system, Satellite and AV equipment, DC volt meters on DC circuit panel.  Plenty of additional floor space for extras ie: files, dry good, excess bar items, etc.

Guest Accommodation Access

Moving forward you come to a curved stairway leading down to the Master and Guest Staterooms.  There is an art alcove at the top of the stairwell with a gorgeous hand braided dark rattan leather look handrail.  The handrail is substantial, functional and a delightful design element to please your guests.  Upon descending ten steps down the staircase you enter a spacious flyer with black marble floor accented with copper/camera/brown colored diamond accents, built-in cabinetry and additional art alcove.  A subtle braided theme is continued with the foyer wall coverings, compliments a beautiful ostrich leather ceiling treatment with a thin mirror band.

Master stateroom

To your left (forward) you see an amazingly large Master Stateroom.  Double doors open to the expansive room with a large king size bed as the focal point of the room.  Built up on a custom platform, the joinery work I s detailed and serves a dual purpose, beautiful to look at and functional with the storage/drawer space incorporated in to the design.  All drawers are cedar lined and expertly finished.  The room features a recessed 42” Plasma screen television built-in drawers on either side of the bed against the full beam width to port is a built-in desk/vanity area with ample shelving to house reading material and double as a small library.  Elegantly positioned past the vanity area, is the Master Bath.  A door leads you past two sinks with a separate door in to a private head and full size shower with dual heads, professional Thermasol steam unit and handheld nozzle.  A bench seat is also included.  Beautiful stove and marble is used here with custom wall coverings.  Leaving the bath and around the other side of the bed you have a full length walk-in cedar lined closet, fully finished.  An escape hatch to VIP forward is located here.  Each closet door in all staterooms is thoughtfully outfitted with a full length built-in mirror.  Stainless steel “Black Out” port light storm shutters are also included.

Twin Guest Stateroom with Pullman

Coming around the foyer to the next stateroom you come to a twin berth room that features a Sharp plasma television, telephone/intercom system and stained glass elements have been incorporated into areas for this room.  Good size guest bath with full size shower.  Marble and stonework continue throughout the staterooms.  An addition Pullman bed is incorporated in to the design of this room and easily accessed to accommodate an additional overnight guest.

Over/Under Guest Stateroom

Perfect for teens, kids, or perhaps a nanny room, this over under guest room is elegantly executed with full size bath, sink and shower.  A 15” Sharp plasma television is visible to both bunks.  There is a full size head.

Laundry

Leaving the Master to port side, at the base of the stairwell, is a separate laundry center with warm wood flooring and over/under front loading washer/dryer units manufactured by Bosch.  The wall coverings are a subtle camel color.  Thoughtful storage incorporated in the wall next to the dryer and again below the laundry sink with custom Corian countertop and an additional built-in piece to double as a folding area when the sink is not in use.  Bilge access with additional storage area is located through a hatch in this room.

Queen Guest Stateroom

Departing the laundry center you come to the Queen Guest Stateroom.  It is a nice size room with custom built-in cabinetry, ample drawer space, a 20” Sharp plasma screen television, telephone and intercom.  The head is beautifully executed with marble shower.  Storage in custom built-in drawers under berth.


VIP Stateroom

A separate, cozy and beautifully decorated VIP Stateroom is accessed via the main deck forward past the Galley/Country Kitchen and located on the lower deck.  Take 6 steps down to a foyer landing with art alcove, beautiful wood floor with Compass Rose inlay design, leading in to the VIP with full size queen berth.  There is a full length cedar lined closet.  Interesting use of mirror accents behind the berth enhance the visual space of this room.  VIP Head also includes Thermasol steam unit, one head plus one hand held shower head.

Galley

Just forward of the formal dining salon on the starboard side, you pass through a hallway including custom cabinetry housing the La Scala Integrated Media System/DVD/CD equipment before entering a massive Country Kitchen/Galley.  The window treatments here change to woof shutters, giving the room an intimate cozy feeling despite her unusual amount of space and 7’4” headroom. 

A custom granite island provides plenty of additional space for food prep and offers bar-style seating area for 3 additional diners.  Forward of the island is a wrap around galley dining area to accommodate 8.  A drop down 20” Sharp plasma television is accessible to the room.

Pilothouse

The helm station includes a custom Stidd helm chair.  Custom built, extra wide chart table with chart storage is also included.  The vessel’s monitoring system is located aft pilothouse.

Bridge Deck

From the Pilothouse aft, a substantial sliding overhead access door leads you to the Bridge Deck above.  The top deck is well organized and includes a custom Novurania tender, hot tub, lounge and BBQ areas.  The custom 22’6” Novurania hard bottom inflatable tender is stowed centerline.  The tender is lightweight and fast, carries approximately 90 gallons of fuel and can accommodate 8-10 guests easily.  There is a custom removable and substantial aluminum ladder for ease of water access from tender to water.   The OLGA is expertly outfitted for water sports including scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing.

Forward of the tender you come to the elevated Jacuzzi tub to starboard, with built-in sun pad area and storage underneath.  To port is the wet bar and BBQ.  Up a few steps you enter another entertaining area with additional seating, storage, and control station.  This area is covered by the custom hard top and includes a floor covering of Sunbrella in beige and blue tones.  The control station offers good visibility; three helm chairs are positioned facing the bow.

Remarks

The 121’ OLGA was built in a new hull mold with an overall beam of 26’5” AT Crescent Custom Yachts.  The hull is designed by Naval architect Jack Sarin and performance of the yacht exceeded the original specifications with the yacht performing at top speeds of 23 knots with full fuel and full complement of guests on boats.
