Walkthrough

The first floor of the floating home is a very large, open space. Fully furnished with a large L-shaped sectional, glass coffee table, glass dining room table and a large TV are the first things you notice. A large kitchen overlooks the entire room with plenty of storage space. There is a recently upgraded full size refrigerator and freezer, updated oven and microwave, and a propane fuel cooktop stove to handle all of your cooking needs. Directly across from the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups and a hot water heater. To the left of the spiral staircase on the first floor, there is a bathroom. Moving up the spiral staircase, you come into the master bedroom. A king size bed is along the wall with another flat screen TV across on the dresser. A full size hanging closet runs from the bedroom into the bathroom with access in both rooms. The master bathroom has a private head, full size tub, and vanity. Through sliding glass doors, you enter into the sunroom with outward facing glass windows running along the outside edge. This room has plenty of natural light and serves as an office or can be converted into another bedroom. Here, you have roof access where the two air conditioning units are located.
