Custom Built Florida Day Boat

This vessel is one of the finest examples of the Spencer Custom Boatworks, Stock Island, Florida.  It  was built to exacting specifications of a highly knowledgeable owner. It is a one owner boat that has proven itself in all weather conditions as a very seaworthy and extremely well designed fishing machine.

USCG documented vessel with endorsements for Recreation, Fishery, Registry and Coastwise.

Interior was completely rebuilt 1997-99 replacing all plywood forward of engine room with lightweight composite. 

Very large well insulated fish/ice hold keeps ice for a week. 

Forward cabin, v-births, dry storage, weather shelter – all composite. 

Re-powered with twin 1997 Yanmar 4LH-STE turbocharged after cooled 230hp diesels with 5,000 hrs. These are the highly desirable bullet proof mechanical versions known to exceed 15,000 hours or more between overhauls.  

Portside turbo and exhaust elbow replaced 2015.  Starboard side replaced 2017. Fresh bottom paint and zincs.  All day cruise speed 34 mph @ 3100 30gph(depending on load) / best fuel efficiency 29-30 mph @ 2800 15gph
