A truly innovative design by Fantasy Yachts. Five berths in 4 staterooms plus an office, and 3.5 heads.

You may board the boat via the stbd or port gate on the forward or aft deck as well as the stbd side sliding glass door. The forward deck is roomy, it is non-traditional for a houseboat in that its shape is not square. Fantasy calls this a "Radius Angled Foredeck." There is abundant storage below decks and in the forward gunwale. A windlass is mounted to port of centerline. There are rope lights overhead as well as can lights and spot lights. There are two chairs, two tables, an ottoman, and a love seat. Upgraded speakers are also found on the front deck.

As you walk into the salon from the forward deck you notice immediately that this vessel has an incredibly large salon. To port there are two barrel chairs and table, just aft of those to port is the salon entertainment with a 55-inch Curved Samsung TV, Onkyo 6 disc CD changer, Onkyo 6 disc DVD Changer, and an Onkyo Receiver. Below the salon sole is a retractable lower helm. This allows maximum use of space, but still offers the captain a place to get out of elements should inclement weather strike. On the starboard side of salon, there is an oversized L-shaped sofa that looks as if it could accommodate a family of 8 and their friends!

As you walk aft you enter the galley. The designers have done a great job making this feel like one room (salon & galley) so that everyone can be part of the conversation. As you step into the galley, you notice the 18" tile that lines the floor, and abundance of counter space, and lots of refrigeration. In addition to the side by side whirlpool SS refrigerator/freezer unit, the owners requested KitchenAid drawer refrigerator, Edgestar wine rack, and an under the counter refrigerator to assure that there was enough refrigeration to keep everyone's drink of choice cool. The island can accommodate 8 people with four bar chairs on the forward side and four bar stools on the aft side. The end caps of the bar house the ice maker to stbd and the trash compactor to port. On the port side of the galley there is a double SS sink with upgraded faucet, a dishwasher, four drawers, and under sink storage. Just aft of the port side sink is the pantry. Center line aft in galley is the Whirlpool Gold cooktop and oven, there is an undercounter microwave to port of the stove.

Leaving the galley head toward the stern, the hallway begins on the stbd side. There is a large sliding side door that allows great natural light into this portion of the vessel. Across the hall is the door that leads to the midship interior stairway up to the bridge.

Moving aft the hallway changes sides to the port. Before you head to port you will find the forward VIP. This stateroom has a double berth, two bedside tables, 20" Sharp TV with DVD, four drawers, full length closet, half height cubby, and an ensuite head with shower and an upgraded Tecma Marine Head.

Back out in the hall as you pass the door for the forward VIP, there is a full length closet to port. The laundry room is located centerline to port in the middle of the hall as it transitions to the port side of the boat. The laundry room houses Whirlpool Duet units that sit on top of drawer storage. There is cabinet storage above them, a closet, and folding table just across from the dryer. The laundry room flooring is 13" tile.

As the hallway completes its transition to the port side of the boat, just forward of the turn you will find a door that leads to the office (this could be converted to another cuddy if someone desired more sleeping accommodations). The office has ample storage both drawer and cabinet, solid surface counter tops, and a carpeted storage space.

Moving aft down the hall you will find the aft VIP with adjoining head. This head doubles as the day head. It has an entry from the hallway as well as the aft VIP. There is a shower, upgraded Tecma Marine Head, sink, cabinet storage, closet, four drawers, and 13" tile lines the VIP/day head sole. The aft VIP stateroom has a double berth with bedside tables, a 20" Sharp flat panel TV with DVD, tow drawers, and a hanging locker.

A little further aft in the port side hallway is the cuddy. In it you will find twin beds that are raised up off the floor, a 20" TV/DVD, a bedside table, three drawers, and a hanging locker. There is also access to the hull through double doors.

The master stateroom is aft, there is a pocket door in the hallway (when closed this makes the master a full beam master) as well as a double pocket door to the stbd side of the stateroom (this allows one to close off the stateroom so that the side hall can still be used.) The master bed is a king size mattress that faces aft. There is a large picture window centerline with a built-in dresser below. The dresser houses a pop up 26" flat panel TV. So that when the TV is stored, you can take in the scenery from the picture window. With the double pocket doors open, the windows are set up so that at anchor the owners can awake to a panoramic view from the berth. The dresser has six good sized drawers, a solid surface counter top, and a cabinet with storage below is located aft to port. There are appropriately sized bed side tables on each side of the bed. There are four built-in drawers below the bed. The entry to master head is to the stbd side of the stateroom. The master head is exceptional. There are 12 drawers, twin hanging lockers (approx 3.5' long each), and a full length closet that is approximately 8' long in the dressing area. The tile work adds a very nice touch to the floor as well as the custom shower. A large vanity is to port side of the head directly across from the double sink. The vanity and the sinks have solid surface countertops and drawer storage. The sinks also have under cabinet storage. There is a Tecma Marine Head in its own closet with pocket door. The master head is sure to impress!

The aft deck is spacious, it offers a storage locker, a storage cubby, and an aft deck head so that wet feet don't have to enter the boat to use the restroom. This head has a sink with storage above and below. There is an outdoor shower that rains onto the hydraulic swim platform so that one can rinse the lake water off after exit. The aft deck has three removable gates that separate it from the hydraulic swim platform. Once these are removed the fun can begin... making it a very easy transition from the aft deck to the swim platform and the water if one so desired!

The bridge is outfitted with a large hardtop that covers the midship bar. This bar will accommodate 8 people in bar height chairs. The bridge bar houses a Summerset grill, Whirlpool under counter refrigerator; KitchenAid ice-maker, and KitchenAid trash compactor. The aft section of the bridge has 4 resort style lounge chairs for those that like to sunbathe. There is a table and four chairs just forward of the midship stairway. The upper helm has an awesome layout with its wrap around lounger to port and two forward sun loungers. There is an upgraded captain chair and Garmin 7616 chartplotter and radar, Yacht Controller, bow and stern thruster control, search light control, VHF radio, rudder angle indicator, generator control, as well as the engine gauges at this helm.
