Walk through and broker comments:

We enter MALVASIA from the quay on the hydraulic retractable gangway. Below we see a great big bathing platform, teak laid.

We arrive to the aft deck that is spacious and has on both sides the hidden mooring winches and cleats that Ferretti became famous for in the 90’s.

In the aft part of the superstructure on port side there is a station to dock the boat, both main engine controls, bow and stern thruster controls.

A large sofa, rattan chairs and a large table are inviting for al fresco dining, covered from the sun.

The large glass door on port side that faces the aft deck leads to the main salon. The luxurious low style interior with wooden floor and blond teak paneling is really inviting. On starboard there is a large U shaped sofa with grey/cream colored leather upholstery. This sofa faces a large popup TV on port side. Just forward of this lounging area is a large smoke glass table with a same color leather covered structure beneath, surrounded by eight comfortable chairs in the same styling.

The large windows are a fabulous feature and one is immediately surprised by how much light comes into this interior. The entire length of the port side of salon works as a “side board”.

MALVASIA has the advantage of having just one interior steering position, in the upper wheel house. The freed up space is utilized for the galley. From the galley a staircase leads to the crew area forward on the lower deck.

The master cabin is forward of the galley a comfortable distance to the salon.

The master cabin shows large windows on both sides, again an abundance of light and obviously this cabin is great to enjoy the scenery in superb comfort. On starboard there is a large bathroom with a stall shower outboard and bidet and WC behind it. Also here a door separates this area. Another great idea.

The large owner’s bed on the center line is facing aft. A TV, stereo equipment, vanity / desk complete this cabin. Light fittings are brushed stainless steel.

This cabin is beautifully detailed and all paneling and styling comes back in the rest of the boat.

Galley and crew. There is a watertight door that leads to the starboard side decks. Opposite of the galley on port side is a day pantry and a second door to the side deck. The crew seating is located in the galley area. A staircase leads down to the crew area. MALVASIA accommodates up to four crew in two upper / lower cabins, each with their own WC and one shower. The washing machine and separate dryer are installed in the corridor to the crew cabins.

From that hall between galley and port side door we find a spiral staircase that leads up to the bridge with a really nice seating area, aft of the controls, captains chair and all the electronics.

The window aft of the seating area can be raised electrically and the large glass door separates the aft deck from the pilot house. This is nice if one wants to drive in bad weather but also good for privacy. The aft deck offers a great seating arrangement, grill, hand wash basin and ice maker. Two stainless steel chromed poles aft of the seating arrangement support a Bimini.

Below the main deck Malvasia can sleep as many as ten people in two equal size double bedded guest cabins and two equal size twin bedded guest cabins. These two again offer a Pullman each. The total of guests that this boat can carry is twelve in comfort which makes her the ultimate charter yacht.

Each cabin has TV, a radio, intercom and a nice en-suite bathroom.

MALVASIA is a great example of what modern yacht architects are capable of by maximizing on space, light and comfort. Three “must have ingredients” in a successful holiday on board of a motor yacht. The styling of Malvasia is very easy to like and a viewing is highly recommended. The ultimate boat for a family and friends to enjoy.  The Broker can provide a projection of charter income should a potential client be interested to reduce yearly running costs.
