Master Stateroom
An elegant stairway leads from the forward port side of the Dining Salon. At the base of the stairway is a foyer leading aft to the double entry doors of the Master Stateroom, which is without doubt very palatial and luxurious.

Main Salon
Boarding via a Marquipt tide-rider stairway to the teak covered aft deck, one enters the salon through a sliding glass door into the main salon which has an expansive couch along the port side and across the aft end of the salon. There is a large etched glass mural forward and an entertainment center in the starboard quarter of the salon. The visibility from this area is fantastic.Forward of this full-width Main Salon, there are passages on both port and starboard side, giving access to internal steps leading to the flybridge on port,and the galley which is entered along the starboard side. The formal Dining Area (which has seating for 8)is all the way forward on the main deck. There are port and starboard side doors to the Fore Deck, which features a jacuzzi hottub and a lounge area.

Electrical System
The (2)engine cranking and DDEC batteries are separate. There are (4) 8D batteries for the Trace 4000 watt Inverter System. The House 110V AC system is augmented by the Trace inverter system. Deck
Great features of the Deck include port and starboard reverse-integrated transom steps to the teak covered fiberglass swim platform, A teak covered Aft Deck with a large overhang for weather protection, molded stairs to the flybridge from the aft deck, raised bulwarks on the bow with substantial handrails, a jacuzzi tub and seating area on the bow, a watertight door leading to the Crew Quarters and the Engine Room from the 8' swim platform, and the swim platform has a Maxwell electric capstan for line handling. There are working side decks aft, and a full bulwark forward. A jacuzzi/hot tub is on the bow and is covered with a sunpad. All of the teak decking on the aft deck, swim platform, and stairs was replaced with solid 1" teak just two years ago and shows as new.

Hull
The molded fiberglass construction on the yacht features a full keel, integral frames and beams, molded fiberglass non-skid decks, and a molded superstructure with hard top and full eisenglass enclosure. The hull and topsides were painted with Awlgrip in June 2008. Below the waterline the hull bottom was sand blasted, primed and painted with three coats in 2000, and repainted with anti-fouling just last November 2007.

The engine room is accessed through a watertight door on the stern via the crews quarters and has full standing headroom, excellent access to the engines on both the outboard and inboard sides, and excellent sound insulation.

Other Features
The stereo system on board this vessel includes a tuner, tape player, and CD player. There is a TV in each Stateroom and in the Crew Quarters. The VCR in the Master Stateroom is inter-connected to play on all TV's onboard. The Master Stateroom and the Crew Quarters have VHF, depth tank controls and a TV monitor that will display as a chart plotter. The Master Stateroom and the Main Salon have full stereo surround sound. The radar has a 6' scanner. The interior of "Cheers III", designed by Mulder, is particularly spacious, due to her 21' beam and very clever interior design. She is finished in Madrone veneer, English burl and a red Oak trim, marble flooring, granite and Karidon countertops and gold dolphin fixtures.
