Accomodations & Layout

The Formula 45 Yacht is one of the most functional and attractive express cruisers available today and "Fuelish Pleasure" is a perfect example at a fraction of the cost of a new one.  Seeing the best of care and light use with only 262 hours, this northern boat is better than new and has all the options.  The Volvo IPS 600 pod drives with joystick control provide exhilarating performance, efficiency and make docking in tight quarters a breeze for everyone.

Walking up to "Fuelish Pleasure" one will instantly be taken by her stunning profile.  Formula uses Imron graphics including a beautiful Midnight Blue Metallic hull side color that makes this boat really stand out in any harbor.  A large hydraulic swim platform, teak grain vinyl decking, practical hardtop with top to bottom windshield, center walk through to the bow and gleaming fit and finish work are immediately noticed.  Stepping on board the oversized swim platform one will  easily gain access to the cockpit through the curved transom door.  Abundant seating is everywhere you look including a U-Shaped lounge with Corian tables for dining al fresco.  The tables convert down with a filler cushion turning this area into a huge sunning area.  To starboard is a cockpit entertaining area with built in wetbar with storage cabinets, refrigerator and icemaker, built-in trash chute, cooler storage and electric grill.  The Corian countertops provide durability and elegance and a cockpit LCD TV rounds out all the options.  Storage in the cockpit can be found everywhere you look and true to Formula's reputation, engineering is seen throughout with dedicated places for tables, canvas, pfds, etc. to be stowed easily away when not in use.

The helm area is protected from the elements with the large wrap around windshield but can be opened up at the push of the button with the electric sunroof and windshield vents.  There is a companion lounge to port and the helm is to starboard.  The helm has dual seating with flip down bolsters as well as in seat storage for items such as binoculars, flashlight, etc.  A 30,000 btu air conditioner with reverse cycle heat keeps this area comfortable no matter the season.  The hardtop above features LED lighting and can switch from blue to white to red.   Blue and white LED courtesy lighting and underwater lights give a special appearance at night that is sure to be noticed.  The helm has a full woodgrain dash, tilt wheel, full gauge package and Raymarine electronics.  Access to the bow is safe and easy via a molded in stair and centerline walkthrough in the windshield.  Formula's high quality non-skid along with heavy duty stainless steel bow rails add to the security of this area and two sunpads with adjustable backs make this a great place to work on the tan.  Forward on deck there is a recessed compartment with anchor windlass and anchor chute giving a clean appearance to the bow and giving added protection from the elements to this equipment.

Going below decks there is an amazing amount of natural light provided through abundant portlights including two oversized ones in the galley and the salon.  All port lights are of stainless steel construction and the finest materials can be seen throughout the boat's construction.  To starboard is a U-shaped dinette with two additional stools for plenty of seating in the cabin.  This area can convert to a third double sleeping area when needed.  A built in large LCD TV and Bose Stereo System provide all the entertainment one could want.  To port is an impressive galley with high gloss cabinetry, Corian countertops, built in glassware cabinet, and stainless steel appliances. Aft and to midship is the guest stateroom which features two twin berths that can convert to a queen and has its own private head and shower.  The master stateroom is forward and has a centerline queen size berth, plenty of locker and drawer space and a split head and shower design allowing each of these areas to be used at the same time while offering privacy.

Dual engine room access is available through a day hatch in the cockpit sole or the large transom access which is allowed by a hydraulically raised hatch.  Once inside it is again easy to see Formula's commitment to engineering with a well laid out mechanical area and top notch mechanical componentry.
