Overview
This special Catamaran and trawler yacht is now available and ready for a new owner. It's wide beam and diesel 220 hp Volvo engines make it a stable, roomy and very economical yacht to operate. Designed for long range trips and a good fit for a live aboard. The owners have added many options to make her a comfortable boat for warmer climate, she has as extra a wind 1500 Watts generator, Honda 2000 Watts generator and portable air condition unit 8000 BTU, 5 solar pannels with 600 Watts. Hemisphere has been only one season in Florida waters and kept in dry storage for the summer.

Designed for fine cruising, the SUMMERLAND 40 offers great comfort in terms of navigation and life on board. Its open spaces free of obstacles, its sheltered cockpit and direct access to the Fly make for easy sailing.
With its Fly doted with a sundeck, wide seats and an outside helm, you can make the most of moorings or chat quietly to the helmsman.
The direct opening and the same level of the cockpit onto the saloon gives easy access to the kitchen and the inside helm.
The saloon in the SUMMERLAND 40 has well defined areas where you will find the light and comfort of the big units in the range. With a dining area to accommodate 6 to 8 people and a fitted kitchen where you can work at ease.
Privacy can be found in the passageways: with on starboard a superb Owner cabin, fitted with a bed across and view out to sea, plenty of storage space, a desk dressing table and a private bathroom.
And on portside, two fine cabins for guests with double beds or twin beds, a shower and storage space for long cruises.
The SUMMERLAND 40 also benefits from the exceptional autonomy of the TRAWLER CATAMARANS with 40 % less consumption thanks to its big tanks and the shape of its hull.

Additional Information
Many extras were added to Hemisphere after it arrived to its owners.
She has been in our waters since December 2014 but was kept in dry storage for the summers 2014 and 2015. Fresh coat of bottom paint was done prior to splashing in October 2015. She is sold with all of her contents including extra parts and tender.
