The legendary quality of Grand Banks is epitomized in WINDY, she is a stunning example of a 2002 model Grand Banks 46 Heritage Europa extensively equipped and in outstanding condition with the very comfortable 2 stateroom/2 head layout, preferred Caterpillar 3208TA’s with low hours, high gloss interior finish throughout. She has recently been updated with new interior fabrics, new refrigeration, new custom Stidd helm and companion seats as well as all new upper deck cushion and canvas. She has been professional yard maintained and serviced to a very high degree by her very knowledgeable owner. She is priced aggressively and the only GB46E like her available now. . Walk Through Accommodations

Stepping onto WINDY from the side boarding gate and moving aft you will find the large covered aft deck with a teak table and two of the four Kingsley Gate teak chairs that are on the vessel. The aft deck features a lazarette and access to the engine/machinery room. Enter the salon through double sliding aft doors. There is a very large L-settee to port with teak hi-lo yacht table and to starboard, two (2) custom barrel chairs (with storage under cushions) and a teak entertainment center between them and a Samsung flat flat-screen TV on top. Moving forward just aft of the lower helm seat you will find a cocktail bar with built-in ice maker. Further forward to port is the L-shaped galley featuring (2) Virtrifrigo SS drawer style refrigerators, insulated freezer box in the counter top, double SS sink, 3-burner Princess cook-top and oven, numerous drawers and cabinets for storage and looking forward, a selection of storage spaces for dishware, flatware, etc. To starboard is the lower helm station featuring side access boarding door opening to the wide side-deck, built-in Grand Banks seat w/ storage drawer under at the helm and full instrumentation, teak electronics locker and more. Heading below, the guest stateroom is to port featuring two single berths, one fore and aft, with hanging locker between and drawer storage below. Across the companion way is the very spacious guest/day head with lots of storage. Forward in this head that is an access to the large stall shower; this stall shower is shared by the master and guest heads. Moving forward is the master stateroom featuring island queen berth, en-suite head, a large hanging locker, numerous drawers, lockers, and cabinets; natural light and air are provided by opening ports and a large enter-line hatch; the overall feel is spacious.
