OVERVIEW

This beautiful and FULLY restored ( 2012 ) blue-water GULFSTAR 37 Sloop has been updated throughout and is turn-key for short or long range cruising.  She is truly a classic and ideal as a live-aboard that ready to move aboard and set sail when you decide to weigh anchor. 

The owner had upgraded everything on the vessel from the bottom up starting with: 

Stripping and re-glassing the bottom w/ epoxy plus barrier coat and bottom paint in 2010 and is scheduled for a NEW Bottom Job APRIL 2015,  totally rebuilding the Perkins 50HP 4-108 in March 2012, adding a  Wind Generator,  Solar Panel,  Adler Barber Ref/Freezer 2012, NEW Bimini/Dodger/Sunshade & Sail Covers, LEWMAR ST Winches,  Inflatable Dingy, w/ 6hp O/B, Viking Life Raft. In addition she has NEW Advanced Mainsail w/ Mack Pack (2014) and a NEW Garmin 740s Touch Screen GPS/Chartplotter (2014)  and many other improvements over the past several years as outlined in the specs.  

The totally updated air-conditioned interior has NEW teak & holly flooring and & NEW head compartment that will provide the new owner all the creature comforts years of enjoyment. 

This vessel is absolutely turnkey, the owners are moving off the water and are looking for an offer.
