Overview

Welcome aboard the “Sea Cottage,” a 49‘ Gulf Star that just completed the great loop and sits ready for her next adventure. This well laid out cruiser features a spacious salon, a large open galley, guest bunk room and full guest head aft, along with the master suite and master head aft. Forward from the galley is a large guest cabin with full head, and steps that lead down to the stand up engine room. She has been repowered with reliable 2001 6CTA-8.3 Cummins engines. The engine room is spotless and allows for easy access to both mains as well as the 20Kw Onan generator. The previous owners have maintained extensive records for all services. On the bridge she features great visibility from the helm, updated Simrad electronics with AIS, autopilot, digital engine monitoring, VHF radios, and stereo. Behind the helm is a large sun deck with a 2016 dinghy and 2016 honda outboard that conveys. “Sea Cottage“ is mechanically sound and ready for a voyage, or would make for a roomy live aboard / vacation home.
