TRINITY is a fine example of the proven and popular Hallberg-Rassy 46*. She has been lavished with care by all of her owners. Her current owner has spared no expense in her care and continues to store her in an indoor, heated building every winter. Although she has been lightly used, she is ready for extended offshore cruising at a moment’s notice. She has three comfortable staterooms, two heads, each with its’ own separate shower, ample storage everywhere and a comfortable/protected cockpit - all under 49’. With her in-mast furling, bow thruster and electric furling winch, she is easily handled by a small crew. She is ready for adventure with her diesel generator, wind generator, solar panel charging system, dual voltage (110V/220V) electrical system, water maker, diesel heating system, extra fuel tank, dive compressor, hard dodger in cockpit etc. In addition to her already impressive equipment list, TRINITY has spares for virtually every system onboard. She is priced to sell and ready for her next owner to take off and cruise.
*These unique boats are marketed as the “Hallberg-Rassy 46” despite the fact that their on-deck length is 48’-6”, allowing for a 3-cabin layout.

TRINITY has an interior layout that is quite impressive for her size. She has a large, comfortable salon, spacious sea galley and functional navigation station. Her master stateroom features a large centerline queen-sized berth, and there are two guest staterooms – one with double V-berth and one with over/under bunks. Both of her heads have full, separate stall showers.
Galley
The galley is well designed for both offshore use or while on the hook in a calm anchorage. There is plenty of storage and abundant handholds for crew to use when heeled over. She has two top-loading refrigerator/freezer units: one in the galley and one behind the nav station. She features both a microwave oven and a gimbaled, propane stove/oven.
Salon
The large main salon features two popular easy chairs to starboard and a large dining table and settee to port. Located to port across from the galley is a large, well-equipped navigation station. Next aft is a walk-through passageway to the master stateroom. Access to the large engine room is located off this passageway, as is a unique custom locker for a laptop and printer.
Entertainment Equipment:
Master Stateroom
The master stateroom features a centerline queen-sized bed, a dressing settee to port and an ensuite head with separate stall shower to starboard. An abundance of storage options include a hanging locker, drawers, shelves, cabinets, countertops and bulk storage areas beneath the berth and settee. The cabin is bright and airy, with opening ports and hatch. Headroom in the master stateroom is 6'-5".
Forward Stateroom
The forward stateroom features a traditional V-berth with an infill to convert the two berths to one large, double berth. There are various storage options, including cabinets above the berths, a locker and storage beneath the berths. The diving tank air compressor is located on the port side under the berth, just aft of a large sail storage area.
Third Stateroom
The third stateroom is located to port across from the forward head. It features two bunked berths, a hanging locker, cabinets, a large mirror and a bedside table top.
Heads
Both the aft and forward heads are bright and airy, done in easy-to-clean white laminate. Each has a full stall shower with soap and shampoo dispenser, Corian countertop with wash basin, electric GFI outlet (110V and 220V), mirror, teak grating and manual head.
TRINITY’s electrical system is designed for global cruising. It is set up to provide ample 12V and 24V direct current and 110V/60hz and 220V/50hz power, whether underway or connected to shore power in the USA, Europe etc. A Fischer Panda genset in a sound-insulated box and the large alternators installed on the main engine minimize charge time and provide redundancy. Her wind generator and solar panels provide charging to the boat’s house battery system and reduce engine/generator charging when cruising.
TRINITY is well outfitted with navigation and communication electronics for both offshore and coastal cruising. The navigation station is large, forward-facing and located to port across from the galley. It features a large chart table, comfortable seating and ample storage.
The Hallberg-Rassy 46 features a very large engine room with easy access from inside the boat. The engine room is well-ventilated and insulated for added soundproofing. Adding considerable value, TRINITY has an extensive inventory of spare parts.
Sails, rigging and canvas on TRINITY are intended to maximize crew comfort and safety, while minimizing effort and crew size. The HR46 is set up to be easily handled by two, with her Selden in-mast furling mainsail assisted by an electric winch in the cockpit, her Furlex roller furler on the headstay with furling lines led aft to the cockpit and a sheet stopper for reefing. Getting underway, trimming, reefing, or pulling into port is efficient and easy.
