Overview
The
Simple Man is owned by her knowledgeable original owner who custom
built her to his specifications. Powered by 1000hp 3412 CAT's, she has
929 original hours, and has already had her 1,000 hour service
completed. She has been constantly upgraded and maintained. She is ready
to cruise to her next destination.
Aft Deck and Cockpit
The molded in swim platform has a series of 5 removable stainless
steel rails for safety. A set of molded in fiberglass steps lead you to
the cockpit on the starboard side. The entire cockpit is under the
flybridge above, giving you ample shade. There is a camera that feed to
the helms on the back of the top. A large lounge all the way aft faces forward and has a large dual pedestal Corian table.
The
molded in stairway to the bridge also hides the access to the lazzarete
and engine room. The salon is entered through the centerline stainless
steel door.
To the port side there is an engine control station for docking that also has a remote VHF radio inlet.
Access to the bow is made from either side of the cockpit.
Salon
The well appointed salon is entered through the centerline door in
the cockpit. To the starboard side is a large U shaped lounge finished
in Ultraleather, with a large coffee table. To the port side are 2
barrel chairs, along with cabinets and the A/V equipment. There is a
Control 4 Control system, DirecTV receiver, Denon bluetooth, WiFi
digital receiver and Samsung BluRay player. There are 5 Boston Acoustic
speakers in the overhead. The Samsung 50" LED television is situated to
the port side forward and there is a Western Digital movie unit with 200
movies on her hard drive. 3 steps on the port side forward in the salon
lead to the galley and dinette.
Galley
The U-shaped galley is directly to the aft of the lower helm, and looks out over the salon. Features include:- Kitchenaid 4 Burner Ceramic Cooktop

Master Stateroom
The spacious master stateroom is below decks, all the way aft. She
features a king size bed, tray ceiling, large hanging locker, plenty of
drawer storage and a private head. There is a Sharp Aquos LED television
and 5 flush mounted speakers in the overhead as well. The master has a
DirecTV receiver that it shares with the crew bunk and a DVD player as
well as a separate stereo. GPS and remote camera monitoring on the TV.
Master Stateroom Head
The master head is to the port side in the master stateroom, and
features a unique cork finish on the walls that compliment the teak trim
and Corian countertop. She has a spacious stall shower and a Royal
Flush Headhunter toilet. The entire ceiling is mirrored, as well as the
entire cabinet above the countertop.
VIP Stateroom
The VIP stateroom is located in the bow of the boat, and features a
queen sized bed, plenty of storage, a Sharp LCD television, DVD player,
DirecTV receiver and a private head. There is GPS and remote camera
monitoring on the TV.
VIP Stateroom Head
The VIP stateroom head is located to the starboard aft side of the
VIP stateroom. It features a good sized circular door shower, Corian
contertop, Royal Flush Headhunter head, mirrored ceiling and Pergo teak
and holly floor.
Guest Twin Stateroom
The guest twin stateroom is located to the port side amidship. She
features twin bunks, a very large hanging locker, ample storage, a Sharp
LCD television, DirecTV receiver (shared with VIP stateroom) and a
mirrored wall above the headboards. There is GPS and remote camera
monitoring on the TV.
Guest Head
The guest head is on the port side, forward of the guest twin
stateroom. It features a stall shower, mirrored ceiling, Corian
countertop and a Royal Flush Headhunter head.
Crew Cabin
The crew cabin is to the starboard side just aft of the stairwell. It features over/under bunks and a Sharp LCD television.
Flybridge
The enormous flybridge is accessed from a stairwell on the starboard
side from the cockpit, or from the port side from the dinette area.
There
is a radar arch, with a custom built anodized aluminum top frame with a
white canvas top. At the helm is a Pompanette Captain's chair, and a
dual Pompanette chair to starboard.
Behind the helm
to the starboard side is a large fiberglass cabinet that features a
Gaggenau stainless steel grill, U-Line refrigerator with icemaker, a
Clarion stereo with CD and satellite radio, Pioneer speakers and storage
under the grill. There is a fresh water outlet on the back side of the
cabinet as well.
To the port side is an extra large L shaped lounge, with a large Corian table with dual pedestals.
The aft portion of the flybridge is used for tender storage, along with the Nautical Structures davit.
