Overview

One of a kind express cruiser with a beautiful burled maple interior; built to ship standards including a collision bulkhead.  WAR BIRD IV was built for the owner of Heesen Yachts who meticulously maintained her with an open checkbook. Oil change & oil analysis records are available as well as all Heesen original documentation.  This fresh water kept yacht is very clean and ready to go.

The boat went through a complete refit in 2008 in which well over $300,000.00 was spent to upgrade her condition. Her engine room was completely serviced and awl gripped, as well as a complete service done on the engines.

The boat has been kept in fresh water since the refit and is in mint condition.

Salon

The salon is located below deck amidship and features a U-shaped carmel leather settee to starboard with a built-in cabinet in the center.  The cabinet contains a JVC KSFX11 AM/FM cassette stereo and two storage cuddies.  The salon has a teak and holly sole and a Pullman berth.

The bulkhead outboard above the settee folds down to make an extra berth for a fifth person when needed.  A curtain can be installed to give extra privacy.

The port side has a mirror image dinette minus the cabinet which gives extra seating.  A folding wood pedestal table allows dining for up to 6. A mirrored bulkhead is in back of the dinette with a cabinet containing: plasma TV, X-box gaming system w/wireless remotes, DVD and JVC 12 disc CD changer linked to the stereo to starboard.  The bases of the P & S settees are mirrored and accented with rope lighting.  The AC and DC electric panels are just aft, enclosed with a tinted glass door.

Opening Gebo deck hatches w/screens provide natural light and ventilation while 8 DC overhead mini spots and digital MarineAir Hydronics A/C controls guarantee interior comfort.
