Boat Highlights

“Rare find”  2004 model Horizon that’s in new condition and spent most of its life stored in a freshwater boathouse never exposed to weather. Horizon Motor Yachts won “Asian Boat Builder of the Year” awards more than any other Asian boat builder. 

The fit, finish, solidness, stainless, redundant equipment and quality far surpass most other builders. This yacht has many custom touches and has been maintained and customized by a knowledgeable live-aboard captain who is a racecar mechanic/driver and has been cruising aboard her for the past five years paying attention to every detail. All the systems that have salt water running through them A/C, generators, stabilizers, engines, etc. have fresh water flush adaptors on them and are fresh flushed every time the boat is used prolonging the life of each system. 

Lady Margaret has three staterooms, two heads, a large walk-in engine room and a large lazarette housing a water maker, washer dryer, freezer, dive tank holders and ample storage with a huge inventory of extra parts.  Her walk-around decks make her safe to move around at sea and in poor weather conditions.

Lady Margaret’s large bridge with full enclosures can accommodate a large party and has a large custom dining table that goes down to make an enormous bed for lounging. She also has a large aft deck with comfortable seating and lounge bed on the bow making her a very comfortable live aboard yacht.

She has a two large house battery banks that allow her to sit on anchor for 12 hours at a time without using generator power. The impeccable engine room houses a 20 KW NORTHERN LIGHTS, and an 11.5 KW ONAN. The Onan runs the A/C and equipment at night for the sleeping quarters only consuming ½ GPH mostly because of her thick insulation throughout the build. Her 800 HP Electronic Caterpillar’s have 1900 hours on them, every hose on the engines were recently replaced and all services have been done, all engine and transmission coolers were just taken apart and cleaned. She only burns 12 GPH at 9 knots.

Thousands have been spent on this yacht to keep everything in new condition, the teak decks were just re-finished, every cushion on the vessel replaced, batteries replaced, anything on the vessel that showed any sign of wear has been replaced. The list is far too numerous to list here. 

Included in the sale is a brand new 14’ Novurania with a 60 HP 4 stroke Yamaha with 35 hours on it. ($32,000.00.)

The finish has been buffed and waxed religiously 3 times a year to keep the finish looking new with no fading. Of her 12-year life span, six years were spent in a custom built boathouse, 2 years in the Pacific Northwest out of the sun, and the past 4 years in the Virgin Islands where there is no acid rain or pollution to wear on the finish. Top engine speed @ 2000 RPM 19 knots - the vessel is designed to do 22- 24 knots, Lady Margaret's props are pitched for fuel efficiently not speed according to Horizon.
