This 2011 V74 is a 4 stateroom (or 3 stateroom plus crew) and 5 head open layout with a voluminous 20'6 beam and numerous luxury packages. The Main Salon opens with stainless steel sliding doors, revealing a wet bar to port with granite counter top, a U-Line refrigerator and icemaker, sink with faucet and glass-front cabinet with a complete set of stemware. Forward of the bar is an elongated L-shaped loose leather sofa, and to starboard is beautiful cabinetry containing a high-quality home theater system as well as additional seating with a leather love seat. A unique overhead skylight in the center of the salon allows for a tremendous amount of natural light. The "OPEN" design features the Galley forward of the Salon, and the U-shaped dinette completely forward. The Galley is equipped with Stainless Steel GE appliances, generous storage and a countertop with two fixed stools, while the U-shaped dinette has plenty of seating for eight.  The dinette has a folding 9 square foot table and plenty of storage below the table base and all of the seat cushions.  Outboard of the dinette is a doorway for ventilation and to starboard is a full door for access to the starboard side decks. 

Stairs lead down to the staterooms, which include a Master, VIP and Twin cabins. The Master features double entrance doors with a wood engraved pattern in the foyer landing leading into the stateroom. Included in the Master suite is a Innerspring King-size mattress, pop-up vanity table with chair, escape hatch into galley, overhead fold down TV, full height hanging locker, and half-height cabinet with four large drawers, (2) nightstands with 3 drawers each, and additional storage port, starboard, and under the berth. The master head has double sinks, large shower with bench seat, TECMA toilet and round portlight with screen. Forward of the Master to port is the Guest stateroom with two single berths with drawers underneath, a hanging locker, night stand with 3 drawers and the head (also accessed from the companionway) is fully equipped with a shower, sink, Tecma toilet and opening portlight. The VIP stateroom is located forward with a queen-size double berth, Innerspring mattress, full height hanging locker, overhead hatch plus large windows port and starboard, vanity table with seat and a fully equipped private head and shower.  The companionway includes a GE stack washer & dryer and (2) linen lockers.

The 4th stateroom or Crew Quarters is accessed from the cockpit and has a double berth, hanging locker, and fully equipped head and shower. Directly across the Crew is a spacious Stainless Steel work counter with storage, VHF radio, GE under counter freezer, and custom overhead lighting.
