This Hunter 37 Legend Sloop rig is ready to take you sailing.  She is spacious below with 3 cabins, new sails in 2018, new AC in 9/2018, Bottom job 9/2018.  Two sets of sails, stack pack, roller furling jib.  Windlass, Bruce anchor.  Solar panel.  Sheets and lines are tailed to the comfortable cockpit. Transom mounted fold down swim boarding ladder.  Origo 2 burner alcohol range top.  New electric head, 9/2018.  West Marine inflatable dinghy with Mercury 2 HP outboard.  Engine is well maintained.  

The interior layout offers a V berth forward, to port there is seating for the centerline table in the main salon and galley area with access to the aft stateroom.  To starboard is a storage locker, two seats with storage divider section, navigation station and a walkthrough head with rear access to the aft full berth.  

Bolt on deep wing keel, Isomat aluminum mast with mast steps at base stepped on over a compression post.  Internal halyards trail back to cockpit, stranded wire rigging for swaged fittings.  Barient self tailing winches.
