Overview

This 2003 Luhrs 36 Convertible is one of the Nicest and cleanest yachts on the market today and is truly impressive. The Owner is very meticulous and it looks fabulous from the shiny Gelcoat to the bottom of the hatches and bilges. The Engines are equally cared for with a 1000 hour full service performed recently. All other mechanical equipment has been maintained to original manufacturer specification. The yacht has been cared for with an open checkbook, and there are invoices to back it up. Don't pass up on this yacht as it will not last long on the market!! Genset Has been replaced and is new. Transom was soundproofed with Exhaust vents relocated to starboard and port sides with their respected vents reinstalled. New stereo system installed with speakers throughout boat. New LED lights  were installed with alternating colors. A/C System Replaced New. Ice maker and Refrigerator replace new. Vacu-Flush Head replaced new. Electronics were also replaced brand new. All of the under waterline shafts, rudders, props and zincs have been recently maintained and bottom paint is in excellent condition. All upgrades were done in 2018. The Bridge Walk steps allow excellent access both up and down, even in a seaway. They also house an integrated, insulated cooler and a storage box perfect for dock lines and electrical cords. She is Well lit for after-dark operations. These steps will make regular bridge ladders obsolete. The flybridge features ample space for all of the latest in electronics. Steering, controls, and instruments are all well placed conveniently. A full half tower complete with mounting pads for radar and antennas is standard, as are the tackle drawers, livewell,sink,rod holders, and washdowns, even the coaming fish box and rocket launcher is included. Every detail has been thought out with the Luhrs design team, with particular attention in Creating a layout allowing maximum use of the wide beam to retain an entertainment sized salon and two private staterooms. Forward the spacious master provides plenty of storage with two hanging lockers, and plenty of drawers. The second stateroom with upper and lower berths converts to a sofa and features rod storage and a hanging locker. To port the head is large and carries a separate stall shower and plenty of storage. Under the salon steps is a large storage area, perfect for rods, tools, or some spare props. A U-shaped Settee/Dinette will handle the crew or any Guests. This Dual purpose boat should appeal to both the family cruiser and offshore angler and she has a spacious cockpit rigged for the most avid fisherman. The 36 Luhrs is also noted for its impressive seakeeping abilities and agility. No doubt you will fell comfortable at first sight. She is turn-key and ready for your family's enjoyment.
