Overview

This is the 3rd Mainship this owner has enjoyed who is a particularly knowledgeable boater. He has had many other yachts over the years and has a reputation for keeping his boats in superb condition. Even as you approach the "Fair Profit" it is easy to see she is beautiful with its shiny dark blue hull, white superstructure and tan canvas. When you get on board, the detailing, the cleanliness, and "newness" are obvious. This is clearly a boat that has been set up for extended, pleasant, comfortable cruising with an appreciation for safety, decoration, and the pride in ownership.

Overview

Boarding at the aft end of the cockpit puts you in front of the aft settee that has a lift out center, allowing you to pass through the center line gate to the swim platform.  You will be standing under the softtop with lounges both port and starboard and helm seats immediately in front of them.  The steering wheel and instrument console are in front of the starboard helm seat.  Excellent access to the engine is through the opening hatch in the sole of this area.  Another hatch further aft, provides access to the steering gear and rudder post.

In the center is the sliding hatch opening going down two steps to the cabin.  The head is immediately to starboard with the galley to port.  The forward seating is U-Shaped with the forward backrest folding down for easy access to the large double bunk in the bow. Extra guests could sleep on the sides of the u-shaped settee.

All through the boat, there is good storage cabinets and drawers, many convenient shelves, and more than adequate lighting.  Overhead hatches provide more light and the one over the double berth offers an escape to the foredeck.

The side decks allow access to the foredeck, windlass and bow pulpit.
