Overview

"Our Time" is a wonderful trawler, with Great Loop capability for the serious cruiser, or weekend waterfront condo capability for the casual cruiser. All will appreciate the unique layout, with a covered cockpit, rich Teak and Holly interior, salon day head (for your guests) plus a private Master Stateroom forward, with its own head and shower. 
With her Pilothouse PLUS Flybridge helm stations, she is truly an "All Weather" cruising yacht with modern Garmin Electronics, Autopilot, Radar and Sat TV. The hull was freshly painted with Blue Awlgrip hull paint in 2016 and looks wonderful. Powered by a low hour common rail QSB Cummins 480 hp diesel, her dockability is aided by Bow and Stern thrusters, with controls at both helm stations. She cruises easily at 8 kts while sipping 3 GPH, or get up and run at 14-15 kts top speed. 2 zones of Heat/AC, both replaced in 2017, fresh batteries and Charger. Vessel Walkthrough

From the swim platform, walk through the tramson door into the covered aft deck (large enough for a couple of chairs) then the lockable salon door takes you into the salon. The Seville design gives you the benefits of a full beam salon, with ample storage cabinets. This "great room style"space offers a Stbd side galley, settee with hi-low table converts into a sleeper, day head with engine room access. Up a few steps to the pilot house, you have a large engine room hatch in the Teak and Holly floor, dinette/settee to port with a chart table, and Stbd side helm station. There are side deck access doors on both sides of the Pilothouse. Moving forward is the Master stateroom featuring a Centerline Queen berth, wonderful storage options and a split head and vanity on one side, shower on the other.

Accommodations

"Our Time" offers a forward master suite with a centerline Queen berth and split head vanity on one side, and full shower on the other side. The salon settee converts into a double berth and there is a day head adjacent to the Salon. The Pilothouse dinette can also be converted into a single sleeper.
