Construction

Utilizing infusion and extreme pressure vacuum bagging of exotic engineering materials like carbon fiber, kevlar, core cell foam in a modified epoxy resin base. Finish levels of the machinery and bilge spaces that equal the most expensive custom yachts in the world and add to that superior Awlgrip coating over her perfectly smooth laminated surfaces.Constructed using modified epoxy resins, vacuum bagged, and resin infused components for maximum strength.
Engineered reinforced fabrics, custom designed including carbon fiber, Kevlar and specific axis orientation of load bearing fibers for maximum strength. Core cell foam adhesive bedded. Fiber reinforced infused core cell bulkheads and foam cored furniture modules with tri-molding for
major component assembly.

• Engines and generators removed 5 years ago, repainted, oil pans replaced,intercoolers cleaned (one replaced) and any rusted or worn parts replaced.
• All exterior teak stripped to bare wood and refinished last year
• Stidd footrest installed for helm & passenger
• New helm and companion seat upholstery 2019
• Pilothouse hatch sun-filtering screens
• Simrad AP High Package Auto Pilot
