Overview

Just reduced $ 100,000  ---  Buitlt by Mirage Yachts in Miami, the 61' is designed by the well known naval Architect David Napier who is the designer behind Bertram. The Mirage 61' is a stretched Bertram 54' with Prop Pockets. Using advanced "3Tex" technology, Mirage kept the boat very light without sacrificing strength. Mirage also bonds hull, deck, stringers, bulkheads, and partisans as well as interior elements to make them monocoque (one piece structure). Mirage is built of vinyl-ester resin to prevent blistering and water intrusion into the laminate structure. With her light weight construction, fast and stable David Napier history, and twin 1800 HP c32 Cats, she has a top speed of over 40 knots and cruises at 26 knots at 1650 RPM burning 37 GPH. She has 1800 gallons for long range.

This Mirage 61' boasts a very roomy 3 stateroom / 3 head layout with a huge Salon and open Galley. The massive air conditioned bridge is very well laid out with seating for 12, a beautiful helm with pop up electronics console, custom Pipe Welders hardtop with full enclosure. She has Pipe Welders Hydraulic "Hydrorigger" outriggers. The very large 13' X 10' cockpit includes a mezzanine, self bailing deck, transom door with gate, freezer, refrigerated fish box, live well in transom and Eskimo Ice.
