Overview

HIGHLAND BREEZE is a beautiful example of a stylish, yet fast and reliable sailing yacht. She offers the unique combination of performance and cruising with the family in safety and comfort.

HIGHLAND BREEZE is a popular yacht on the charter market.  Her deck salon gives unlimited views across the teak decks. The lower salon offers comfortable seating for eight around a cozy  dining table over starboard and a sofa and two arm chairs on port side, making a perfect lounge area.

The interior of HIGHLAND BREEZE is is very tasteful, featuring satin varnished teak. The pronounced separation between the crew area forward and owners and guest aft of the salon offers privacy for both parties which has resulted in a very long work relation between the owner and crew.

HIGHLAND BREEZE offers a big cockpit with two seating areas for al fresco dining and relaxing. The on-deck bar is within reach and a Bimini keeps the guests out of the weather.  Her on-deck equipment plus captive winches and in boom hydraulic furlers allows for sailing with minimal crew. The bow and stern thrusters makes docking safe and simple. HIGHLAND BREEZE is a proven model that offers the perfect combination of comfortable cruising and participation in regattas. Between the Swan and Superyacht regattas, a keen racer can put together a very interesting regatta calendar. She also has great charter potential and can be used immediately.

HIGHLAND BREEZE is very reasonably priced and can be delivered immediately.

Walkthrough from aft:

Owner’s aft cabin:

The luxurious owner’s cabin is finished in polished teak, offering a lounge area with writing desk, a vanity compartment with folding mirror and safe. The queen size bed is built on the centre-line of the boat. For fresh air there are two electrically controlled hatches, with black out and mosquito screens.
Facing the bed is a 26” TFT-LCD SAMSUNG TV, with surround system by Bose, connected with satellite TV, DVD and computer generated plotting system.

The en-suite bathroom is spacious, decorated with teak panels and finished with marble. The crystal shower door separates the head from the shower area.

Guest cabins:
Forward of the owner’s cabin, on either side of the corridor we find two identical twin bedded cabins each with en-suite bathrooms, also finished with marble. It must be mentioned that the size of these cabins is the largest out of the five 112’s giving the opportunity to fit larger single beds – 2m x 0.90m. Large portholes and flush deck hatches ensure that plenty natural light and fresh air can enter the cabin. All cabins offer hanging lockers, drawers and storage spaces. Full entertainment system.

Crew area:
The crew area is located forward of the salon and hence well separate from the guest and owners area. Entering the crew area we notice a large professional / efficient galley on port and a spacious settee for the crew over starboard. It comfortably sits five with full security and entertainment system to remain in control. Forward of this area we find the two crew cabins, one with twin beds and one with upper / lower berths and a single bed across the cabin. Each cabin has its own en-suite bathroom.

Deck Salon:
Entering the upper salon from the deck companion way we notice over to port a comfortable large U shaped sofa, with coffee table. From here practically everyone can look outside as this area is built slightly higher than the rest of the upper salon. The blinds are electrically controlled.

Across from this lounge area the salon offers on starboard a bar with sink, coffee machine and bottle storage. Forward of the bar we find the navigation area / office with plenty of space for pilots, charts and office equipment, computer, printer etc. Facing forward we are offered a comfortable two person bench.
All navigation screens can be covered to not disturb the elegance of the salon.

From the upper salon we go forward and down a few steps to enter the lower salon area which has a large round dining table to starboard, and comfortable seating for 8 people on the sofa and two directors chairs.

This is a particular beautiful area as the light comes in from the large windows above and yet the space is intimate and perfect for family dining.
Opposite the dining area we have to port a lounge area with a sofa and two arm chairs around a lower table.

The Bose Home Cinema entertainment system brings the thrill of the movie across like nowhere else. HIGHLAND BREEZE’s interior offers the perfect space for relaxation, fun and good times with friends, company colleagues and whatever other constellation of gatherings, due to the fact she has so many different areas to offer where people can enjoy themselves.
