Overview

Sleek, contemporary Flybridge cruiser with a 3 stateroom, 2 head layout. Featuring a nicely apportioned aft deck that is covered and roomy Flying bridge with ample passenger seating. The Salon offers tremendous views with opulent creature comforts, the Galley and Dinette offer beautiful views of the outside within the comfort of a fully conditioned space (60k BTU's of chilled water Air Conditioning). The Flying bridge features a hard top and NEW 4 sided enclosure. There is also an outdoor seating area on the Bridge. Select Real Estate Trades or Center Console trades will be considered.

Aft Deck & Main Salon Walkthrough

Swim Platform and Aft Deck

There is a moulded in Swim platform with steps up to the transom door. Shore power connections with a Cablemaster, dockside water and CATV connections are located here as well as a Hot/Cold Fresh Water Shower. The aft deck is covered and offers built in seating with storage beneath. These is a canvas cover for the Aft Deck cushions which have been recently replaced. Side deck access is easy along both sides of the vessel. There is a large sliding glass door, providing access into the Salon, and a large deck hatch providing access into the Lazarette and Engine Room.

BONUS: There is a Hoshizaki stand alone Ice Maker on the Aft Deck. This is sure to make you THE HIT of the next dock party.

Salon

The bright, airy salon has large windows with miniblinds that contribute to the Open Floorplan design. These are sofas along either side, with storage beneath, plus an entertainment system located in the corner, where the 22" HDTV can easily be viewed from the entire main cabin. There is also a VCR, DVD player, 5 disk CD changer, Stereo receiver, and cassette deck.

Upper Salon Level/Galley

There is a central vacuum connection at the 2 steps that lead to the upper salon level. Here you will find the Port side dinette and Stbd side galley. The galley features a GE Microwave/Convection oven, ample counter and storage space, (2) GE under counter refrigerator/freezer units, a (4) burner electric stove, and a double sink.

Lower Level Accommodations

Guest Accommodations

The AC/DC breaker panel is located on your right as you make your way down 5 steps to the lower level. The main Guest cabin is immediately to Stbd and features a double berth, great hanging locker space as well as direct access to the Guest head and shower.

Across the hall is the Guest Bunkroom, featuring twin bunks, a large hanging locker and a cabinet that houses the Stackable Washer and Dryer.

The guest head can also be accessed from the hallway and features Marble tile floors, Corian Counters with undermounted sink, a Raritan toilet and stand up shower with full shower door.

Master Accommodations

The master cabin is located in the foreward part of the vessel, featuring an Island Queen berth with lots of storage and hanging locker space. There is a TV/VCR located here, and an overhead hatch for fresh air and natural light. A dedicated make-up vanity with pull-out stool is located here as well as a full length mirror.

It should be noted that Headroom throughout the vessel is excellent, but especially in the Staterooms. Also, the 60k BTU Chilled Water HVAC system has 5 different zones. One on the Lower Salon, One in the Upper Salon Galley area and one in each stateroom offering individual comfort for all aboard. The lightly colored cabinetry and furnishings really open-up the interior spaces of the vessel.

Flybridge

Access to the flying bridge is easy, due to the moulded in staircase that leads up from the Aft Deck. A factory hardtop covers the helm deck, and features a new 4 sided helm enclosure. There are three pedestal seats for the Helm space, each with a protective canvas cover. All instrumentation is flush mounted and easily viewable. Navigational Equipment is as follows:
