Not 1, but 2 slips are available.  They are located in Anacortes at Fidalgo Marina, a private yacht harbor.

Accommodations

Sleeps 6 owners and guests in three cabins with two heads. Boarding is made easy via the wide swim platform with S/S safety rails. Entering the teak sole cockpit through a swing open transom gate one finds a sliding glass door that leads to the salon. Continuing forward and to port are two steps that lead up to the galley, dinette and pilothouse helm. The lower level with it's three staterooms and two heads is reached via a curved stairway at the starboard side of the pilothouse.

All the way forward is the VIP cabin. Aft and to port is the guest cabin. Directly across the companionway is the shared guest head. All the way aft is the spacious midship and full beam master stateroom complete with a ensuite head.

There are two ways to access the flybridge and boat deck. Either the interior open stairway or via a ladder in the cockpit.
