Overview

"Classico II" is an Ocean Alexander Classico 50 Pilothouse in outstanding condition with many recent upgrades. It is powered by a reliable 300hp John Deere diesel engine and has a 12kw Northern Lights generator that includes a power take-off with an auxiliary 'get home' feature. The vessel has bow and stern thrusters, an excellent electronics package including radar, chart plotter, depth sounder/fishfinder, autopilot, AIS, Yacht controller, and NEW magnum inverter.

This vessel has a well-situated flybridge helm and a full-length aft flybridge overhang that allows for excellent entertaining or tender storage. The interior features a very comfortable salon, gourmet galley, pilothouse, a guest cabin, separate head, and a master stateroom with ensuite head. This vessel is being sold by the original owners. Accommodations

The Ocean Alexander 50 Classico is the quintessential couples cruising boat. Her interior is very open and spacious with an abundance of seating, storage, and natural light. Satin finished teak joinery with teak and holly soles are found throughout the yacht.

Beginning forward is the guest stateroom with over/under berths, generous drawer storage and a cedar lined hanging locker. An opening hatch with sunshade is overhead and two opening portlights are port and starboard. The.guest head is aft to starboard with a Silestone countertop vanity, opening port light and non-skid fiberglass sole. Aft and down two steps is a mid-ship master stateroom with athwart-ship queen size berth. There is an abundance of storage including drawers, under-berth storage, and large cedar lined hanging locker. Two opening ports provide natural light and ventilation. A flat-screen T.V. and entertainment system are housed on the aft side of the stateroom. The en-suite head features a stall shower with seat, Silestone countertops, opening port light, and a teak and holly sole. From the companionway, up the curved stairwell is the large pilothouse with teak dinette, day berth, helm console and access doors port and starboard. The flybridge and boat deck are accessed through the port side door to a well-protected companionway and stairs leading up. The starboard door leads to the Portuguese bridge with cushioned bench seating. Aft and down four steps is a fully equipped galley with generous teak cabinetry and Silestone countertops. Aft of the galley is the large 12' x 12'  salon with an L-shaped Ultraleather settee, hydraulic high-low table, and a flat-screen TV on a custom electric lift. Aft of salon through a large sliding door is the teak aft deck. A starboard transom door leads to the fiberglass swim platform.

Brokers Remarks

Very well taken care of original owner boat stored out of the water, and then stored inside heated storage facility during the winter months. The boat's gel coat has been completely repainted and all areas on the exterior that collected water have been made flush as to not collect water. Not a penny has been spared in the maintenance of "Classico II".
